Dec 17,2024Half of our bowl sets were covered in dust, like they'd been sitting on a storage shelf for a very long time. We had to wipe each one out before giving them to our employees as a holiday gift. That was tedious and took a long time. Also 4 of our bowls sets were damaged (broken/chipped) but the re-ordered ones arrived in tact.
