Dec 21,2024I have been buying your Certificates for my Small Business members. You advertise them as Exclusive paper certificates. The ones I just received I could have printed on the copy paper in my printer. I compared them to the others I have used and the texture doesn't even come close. The image wasn't anything close to "vibrant". Very disappointing.

Customer service contacted me and explained what had happened and refunded the cost of the items. Overall, I'm happy with the outcome and their effort to make this right. I recommend their products and service.
