Aug 12,2023Thank you Doug and Ollie. You both did an excellent job of cleaning my awkwardly placed pond when it was very windy. Now our fish are very, very happy in their new surroundings! Nothing was too much trouble for you as you replaced sponges and light in filter. I would recommend you to all my pond friends and anyone thinking of having a pond as you quote a fair price. Am waffling now, am sure that I will keep in touch. Enjoy the rest of summer

Very important to me was the respect shown to my plants and garden whilst the work was ongoing . The site was left neat and tidy . Loved the result and have recommended them to my sister in law

Jul 29,2023Our ponds were in a very bad state and I was worried about the pond life. I found this firm on the web, and they were very quick to reply and I had a date for action in a short time. They were very efficient, and did everything they said they would. I was also aware of their love, care and knowledge of the life in the ponds; far more than I ever imagined i had. I can't thank you enough for my, now, two beautiful ponds.

Jul 22,2023When I first contacted the company they responded very quickly. They managed to fit me in at very short notice which was a relief as I was very worried about the pond. Craig and Russell arrived and were very polite friendly and very efficient and professional. They removed the fish which they treated with care and when pond and pump sorted fish were returned to the pond. They also cleared all the overhanging greenery. When they finished they they cleared up everything. Will definitely use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them

Jul 14,2023Craig and Russel did a great job cleaning out my garden pond, putting in a new liner and replacing paving around pond edge. The pond was very overgrown and now loooks twice as big. They arrived on time and worked really hard all day. I am very pleased with the work and would highly recommend this company.

May 12,2023This is an exceptional service. Doug and the team are brilliant. We entrusted the capture, safe storing, and then return to the pond of a large number of koi after emptying, cleaning and removing significant debris from the pond bottom (which had not been cleared for 15 years). We needn't have worried. This was all done in a day with great skill and attention. The knowledge of the team was extremely helpful and I wished that I had 'tapped' into this before!

Very friendly team, took every care, finished to a high standard and meticulous clean down afterwards. Communication was amazing throughout from quoting, booking in through to invoicing and confirmation of payment. Great company, great work and they made it very easy. Would recommend!
