Jun 15,2021Thank you for a great job in placing our Koi in a holding tank whilst removing and replacing the pond liner, the brick capping around the pond was reseated, the pond pump and filter system were cleaned and the fish reinstated. Our garden was cleaned and left tidy. We can now see the bottom of the pond ! Great guys and highly recommended.

Sussex pond doctor constructed a beautiful deep pond with various levels, edged with large rocks, added water plants and a shallow pebble slope for bird to bathe. Lovely job, completed in a day and all left neat and tidy. Lovely friendly guys, highly recommended.

Doug and Craig transformed our tired, dull pond, edged with old paving slabs and showing ugly black liner into a sparkling, vibrant wildlife pond worthy of a Gold medal at Chelsea. From original vision and quote to planting and tidying up, the guys were professional, prompt and reliable. This was a substantial job, carried out with expertise and hard work.

Their communication was excellent - work had to be postponed because of snow but we were kept up to date daily with expected start date and the finished pond looks fantastic. Nov 02,2020A very good experience from beginning to end. The estimate was clear and a start date agreed. The guys arrived on the agreed date together with all plant and materials to make an immediate start. They worked day after day in atrociously wet weather but still managed to complete on time and to a very high standard. The materials supplied were of excellent quality and we are delighted with the completed pond. I would have no hesitation in using Sussex Pond Doctor again and happily recommend them to others.

Sep 15,2020Professional service from start to finish. My pond was drained and the fish relocated in a sensitive way. The pond was then cleaned out, the pumps refreshed and a new filter system installed. The pond was then refilled and the fish put back. A full check was done to ensure all was working well. Time was taken to show me how the new system operated before they packed up and left. A really good experience all round. The lads were friendly and efficient and left no mess. Couldn't recommend them enough. Thank you for a job well done.
