Doug and his two assistants did an excellent professional job to remedy a previous bodge by others.Nothing to knock a star off for ! Not a cut-price job but we got what we paid for. Quality materials and prompt and efficient service and pleasing pondscape.

May 11,2022Sussex Pond Doctor were very swift to acknowledge our enquiry, whereas another took two weeks and a third has never responded. Doug promptly visited us to prepare his quotation, and from there on everything has run all as we expected. Doug and his team arrived on the scheduled date and worked hard for two days being totally courteous throughout, including taking extreme care of circa 20 Koi and Goldfish, countless frogs, newts and tadpoles. We are completely 100% satisfied with their work, and can only highly recommend Sussex Pond Doctor as a totally reliable company. Their leadtime may initially seem long, but it is well worth every second of the wait.

May 04,2022Craig and Russell arrived on time and explained exactly what they intended to do to decommission our pond. Took on board what we also wanted to keep and what was to be taken away. The pond was quickly cleared and the site filled in and levelled. Explained what would happen to our fish which were to be rehoused. Very pleased with the result and would have no hesitation in recommend this Company.

Apr 27,2022Doug and Craig built a cascade water feature, plus a new pump and filter for my pond. They worked hard in rather cramped surroundings and the end result is a lovely waterfall cascading over brick work, which fits in exactly with the pond edging. It will blend in and mellow over time and look even better then now. I would highly recommend them.

Apr 19,2022A big thank you to Doug who managed to fit us in and attend to the hole in our pond liner on Bank Holiday Monday. We really appreciated his expert repair and fitting of the new UV bulb. Also his sound advice on maintenance of our pond going forward. We now have a fully filled pond for us and the wildlife to enjoy once more. So good to know we have found a reliable company to call on. Thank You!

It was a huge surprise to them and us to discover we had a wildlife sanctuary with a huge number of frogs, newts and aquatic beasties and every one of them was carefully returned to its home after the Sussex Pond Doctors had tidied our pond. Apr 14,2022Craig and Russell did a great job clearing out our pond and removing part of our wall.Landscaped the area and now looks good with some planting.Removed all the fish ,some fifty plus with only one casualty and reponded. Both very helpful +Doug and polite.Good job cleaning up each day and left the place tidy and safe.Plus arrived the day which was arranged some weeks before. Would highly recommend . Mar 02,2022Doug changed his appointments as our pond had a leak and he got it done in the 2days before we go away. He put a pond liner in and replaced the top stones around it. He also took out our waterfall and put it back again and he tested it. All together it was a good job and Doug and Craig were very friendly and had a lot of experience and we got great customer service.

May 25,2022A delightful company to deal with! Excellent communication and they carry out work to a high standard. They removed overgrown reeds from my pond today. Access to and from the property wasn’t easy, but they worked around it and were very helpful. The team are friendly and leave the site in an immaculate condition. They definitely go the extra mile and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
