Feb 02,2025From the offset all communication was flowing well. Sadly chasing was necessary on a number of occasions to obtain updates. There was a lengthy gap, when chased it was discovered that a vital piece of information which had been sat on for 4 weeks had not been communicated delaying the sale. This was very frustrating and stressful, also it had financial implications to me. I have used Switch before, they were incredibly efficient, this has not been the case this time, maybe the case handlers / workload etc. Adam Mayer & Zumra Gercek Overall fair handling is all I can say.

Jan 31,2025Not having bought a house for over 30 years I don't know the benchmark for service for buying. The experience I had appeared to be very good, especially Lauren Elliott who was very efficient in getting back to me if I had any queries. I'm not so convinced about the Sequence home conveyancing online service ( hence only 4 stars) Found this a bit of a pain to use, luckily Lauren was able to assist. Help was only a phone call away and they were able to talk me through everything & give explanations where required. Basically almost all the process was left to Swiitch & Lauren Elliott.

Jan 31,2025It is well known that selling a property can often be a daunting and stressful matter. The more so of course, as in our case,when following a family bereavement. However Swiitch and, in particular, Ellie Jones, helped us navigate the tricky path, all the way through to Exchange and Completion. Ellie Jones was, at all times, extremely professional, friendly and the perfect guiding light: keeping us informed at all times and resolving all queries dug up by our Buyer’s Solicitors. I am a layperson concerning the sale of a property but Ellie Jones was supportive and always ready and happy to explain matters, in the simple terms that I could understand. The entire process could easily have become long winded and depressing, however because we had the incredible and personable Ellie Jones leading our team it became a pleasure. I would be happy to use Swiitch for any future legal matters, and will be delighted to recommend Ellie Jones to family and friends

Jan 30,2025Lydia Dowsett was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process with some help from Connor O'Dell. The sale of my property was particularly difficult with 4 different buyers over a two-year period, and the final buyer with a long protracted sale with my property's Share of Freehold, not so common, challenges around the age of the property, and a change of solicitor as well going from a mortgage to cash buyer last minute. Lydia's communication was excellent; always responsive to emails, phone calls and dealing with enquiries and the challenges. Always extremely professional and kept her sense of humour which was needed sometimes with such a difficult sale. I would definitely recommend Lydia and Swiitch!
