He was always available and quick to respond by email and telephone and very helpful and knowledgeable when required. The whole process was made very easy and I would highly recommend. Feb 02,2024Rory McDermott provided a very efficient conveyance service. Our sale of a leasehold flat was fairly complex. He had to deal with a fairly unresponsive management company and the freeholder’s solicitor was unavailable for an extended period over Christmas. We also had difficulty exchanging contracts due to the length of the chain. His perseverance and patience paid off and the whole process was completed in under 12 weeks.
