Jan 17,2024I’ve used a number of law firms over the years for both buyer & seller side residential conveyancing. Shoosmiths/Swiitch were by far the best! Liam Cook dealt with the sale of my property and was responsive and patient throughout, in what became a painfully drawn out conveyance (on the buyer side). I could get in touch with him when needed. He was on top of the transaction throughout and returned calls/emails promptly! I’ve recommended the firm to friends and will most certainly be coming back to them for a fee estimate for a residential purchase in the coming months!

Jan 16,2024The service received from Rory McDermott and Maryam Arif @ Swiitch was excellent! We were dropped by another solicitor late in the purchase process, as our funds came from another country. Swiitch picked up our case and ran with it quickly and efficiently. Rory and Myram kept us up to date constantly. The completion date kept changing in the chain but Rory completed on schedule and we moved in just before Christmas. I can really recommend Swiitch! Thankyou!.

Jan 12,2024I had trouble finding a solicitor to take me on with my purchase of a leasehold, however I went to Swiitch via recommendation from the estate agents and they have been very good. They got me in touch with Oli Haley and Maryam Arif. Communication has been excellent, whenever I have contacted by email I receive a response within a day. I had contacted a string of questions regarding my purchase and they called and ran me through all the points so I was on the same page of the book. My purchase is still under way however I could not fault the solicitors and paralegals I have been provided with. The process has been slightly slowed down by the sellers solicitors however when I've contacted for any check ins they were already following up. Would easily recommend!
