The reports we received for our property purchase were detailed and helped set out the information we needed to know. In particular our case contact Oli Hayley was great. He always responded via email or phone quickly and took time to explain the different steps and costings of our purchase, which as first time buyers was very much appreciated. Despite a challenging ask from us on timings Oli was always realistic about what needed to be done, and managed progress things faster than anticipated - thank you!

As first time buyer we had a lot of nerves and I had called more times than I can remember but Leanne was always happy to help and answer any questions we had. Buying a house has a lot of red tape and many hoops to jump through which can hold up the process but we completed within 3 months over the Xmas period. Even after completion Leanne is still helping us resolve issues that the previous home owners left us with and this shows the character of Swiitch as solicitors as they are there for you the client and will go above and beyond to provide you a 5 star service!
