In addition they don’t plague you with persistent emails like many other companies do. Interest rates are fair but like all accounts need monitoring to ensure your getting the best return.

Apr 11,2024Had a delay in transferring money out of Tandem account. Rang customer services which were helpful and reassuring. Money was tranfered the same day and Tandem credited me £25 for the delay and inconvenience.

Apr 10,2024I received a email on my phone to say there was a cert of interest on a/c. I could not access as app on my Samsung tablet. The operator could not understand why App no longer compatible then we realised that a/c had been closed. She was very understanding
