Transferred money this morning from my savings account and find out there is a delay. It still has not gone into my account 8 hours later. When I spoke to someone, they could not advise me any further. This is a days interest lost this money is for a ISA if I miss my deadline this will be down to Tandem. After reading the bad reviews I will be moving to another savings account. After all the waiting we got it paid and we got some compensation so all good
A bank that refuses to allow me to withdraw my own money. It's been more than 48 hours and still no sign of payment, due to shoddy IT systems. All trust in Tamden is shot to pieces by this.
Made a payment from Tandem to my linked account and it's been over 48 hours now yet no sign of my money, sent large amount and never arrived yesterday or today. Clearly unacceptable in today's banking standards. Raised a complaint, offered a measly £25 compensation. Both my own money and compensation are yet to turn up, false promises. Their Trustpilot response is nothing more than a generic response, have a look yourself. Avoid Tandem bank at all costs, you've been warned!!

Money not sent due to system error apparently…still don’t know where my money is… just been told they’ll find it in 2 to 24 hours. Not good enough!
Holding funds and taking more than 24 hrs to transfer. Staff unwilling (or unable) to speed along the process. Edit: After a working day (8 hrs) and saying that it will be resolved today, Tandem has still not sent the funds.

Apr 09,2024The app frequently crashes and money disappears. I withdrew a considerable sum over 24 hours ago and it still hasn't reached my linked bank account. No one available on live chat or telephone. I'd give zero stars if I could. have no confidence in Tandem Bank and will close my account as soon as I can actually talk to someone on the phone or on live chat. Terrible service.
