The packaging was lovely too-the white embossed tissue paper a great touch and makes the purchase feel extra special. Well done guys!

Jan 16,2021*EDIT* I have added an extra star because a manager has now been in touch with me and has sent me the free of charge returns labels. Sadly it's still too little too late to restore my trust with the company, especially as all this could've been avoided: I received notification that my order had been shipped on Monday 11th, spoke to someone from the company on Tuesday 12th, yet the items according to Royal Mail weren't actually despatched until Friday 15th. If admin and communication were decent my order could've been cancelled in good time saving time and money on both my part and that of the companies. I hope they are able to learn from their mistakes and provide my better service to other customers in the future. *Original Review* I've made two orders with this company and never will I order with them again. My first order was last October. It arrived in good time but one item was missing. I went to contact the company and found an email which had arrived that morning (four days after despatch) telling me the item was out of stock and offering me another item 'worth more money' I didn’t know how much more and with a newborn baby I didn't have time to look through their website to choose something. Eventually, over a week later, I got my refund. I placed another larger order on 2nd Jan and saw that they were shut until 4th Jan. No problem I thought. I then got an unexpected bill and wished to cancel my order. On Monday 4th Jan I emailed requesting to cancel my order. No reply. I received an email from a Benjamin thanking me for my service and saying "If there is anything else we can do for you, please do not be shy." I emailed again on 5th & 6th Jan with no replies. 7th January I went to their website to find their phone number only to see a tiny banner saying they're now shut until 11th Jan. Why not set up an out of office reply stating this? Anyway, I thought perhaps a manager would be in to help me so I called but no one picked up. I emailed again and rang on the 8th leaving a voice mail message. On Monday 11th I rang again only to be put on hold for half an hour so I left a voice mail. I also emailed. I then received an email saying my parcel has been shipped! Tuesday 12th I call and email again. I also receive a second email saying another part of my order has been shipped! On Tuesday I speak to a Kate who was very apologetic. She said she doesn't know why my emails and voice mails haven't been responded to as her colleagues who deal with them are in work. She said she'd check with her manager about me returning the products and them paying the return shipping fee as per their policy I cancelled before they were shipped. She then emailed me confirming what she'd said saying her manager will be in touch as soon as possible. Wednesday 13th - nothing Thursday 14th I reply to her email asking when her manager will be in touch. No reply and still no contact from her manager. I also receive a refund for part of my order which wasn't in stock. Again - why are the products listed as in stock on the website but then it's only 2 or more days after despatch that the customer is notified that the items are out of stock? This is basic admin. Friday 15th nothing. It's now two weeks since I placed my order. I am around £100 out of pocket and I don't have my items. I have sent many emails, made calls and left voice mails and spoken to one person. I've had one response saying they'll be in touch. This is honestly the worst customer service I've ever received in my life! I will never be shopping with them again, steer well clear!! Just to add insult to injury I have just visited the Royal Mail tracking website. Although the tartan weaving mill emailed me on Monday 11th telling me they'd despatched my item, Royal Mail tracking are telling me they actually only despatched yesterday! (The 15th!) Shocking. Don't trust this company - they tell lies!
