No Communication from the Company whatsoever . When COVID is over I certainly won’t be visiting The Tartan Weaving Mill..

Dec 18,2020I placed an order with this company on 10/12/20 but I have still not received my order (17/12/20) I was hoping I would recieve my order before Christmas, I live in the North East so not so far away from Edinburgh. Their e-mail address is not correct, messages I have sent are 'not received' and I am unable to contact anyone by telephone. Sorry, but not good!

Dec 17,2020I came across this company using a Google search for a specific piece of Game of Thrones merchandise. A good price and quick delivery of an authentic item. Don't be fooled by the name - this store has a huge range of tartan, sheepskin and film/television stuff from Star Wars, Harry Potter Game of Thrones, the list goes on!

Dec 17,2020Ordered a xmas present for my neice. After 2 weeks I emailed to chase up where it was. A week later I called and left a message. I was then informed that my order had been cancelled at my request (which i hadn't) no explanation given. Very disappointed.

Dec 16,2020The cup arrived on time and perfectly packaged. I was pleasantly surprised by how sturdy it was, not the usual lightweight eco-cup that I have come to expect. The lid fits tightly and isn't going to fall off easily, leaving a puddle in the bottom of the bag. The service from start to finish has been excellent with a lovely follow up email shortly after ordering, with a discount code for further shopping. Highly recommended.

Dec 16,2020Placed an order on 21st November which was acknowledged come 13th December still no goods. Began to chase....... eventual reply that order had been cancelled on the 4th December. Pity they did not email me there and then, even greater pity no refund has been made. Honestly they may have once been a reasonable company but they certainly are not now. COVID is no excuse for downright terrible and insulting service. But enjoy my money guys.
