Jan 11,2021I purchased two Christmas cushions for my wife, she was really pleased with them until on closer inspection she noticed some of the stitching was undone and a seam had come apart. I contacted the company and sent a picture of the fault, and asked if they could send an exchange. I received an email offering a £10 VOUCHER, I replied explaining I could not find anything I wished to buy. No contact since. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Dec 28,2020Lovely soft tartan fleece gloves at a very reasonable price and sent very quickly. I bought both the red and blue and both are pretty. They are one size and fit me fine, but be aware that might not be the case if you are a bigger build.

Dec 24,2020My item got delivered yesterday after ordering my Christmas jumper early in December and paying for xpress delivery. It arrived 2 days before Christmas so I was quite relieved. I was impressed with the material and quality until I noticed a frayed arm! What a shame its been from placing the order - both the delivery time and quality both left a lot to be desired. I like to support smaller businesses but when the service level is as bad as this I'm very disappointed

Dec 24,2020I ordered a hat, scarf, gloves and a jumper plus some stocking fillers like putty sand for the grandchildren. It all came quickly and I'm very pleased with the quality, an absolute bargain. I will definitely recommend and use this company again.

Dec 23,2020Cheating with Christmas calendars for young children.Tasteless!!!! I have now for 23 days been trying to get a communication up and running. I paid £ 70 for a Harry Potter Magical Advent Calendar 24P. When I got it it was without any content(so 24 smal Harry Potter gift was missing, just got an emty box). No feedback on all my approx 30 mails, but a bad review here, then I got a rapid reply. Where a Benjamin asked me to elaborate ?? so now again many emails from my side and no feedback. If something goes wrong with Tartan Weaving Mill then you have lost your money. There is cheating and deception. Stay far away !!!

Dec 21,2020Stated item it was 3-5 working days for delivery, it hadn't arrived after this period - I emailed explained I ordered it on the 3rd December, needing it for the 12th December for Special occasion. I had no reply for 3 days, so I emailed again, saying I wasn't impressed I had heard nothing back and wanted to know where the item was - still no reply for another 3 days. I received an email saying it was dispatched on the 14th December, it got to the 16th of December so I contacted them on Facebook saying I am not happy, it's past the maximum delivery time and also past the special occasion it was needed for so I wanted a refund. All I got was 'it was delivered today'. SHOCKING and will never be ordering from here again.
