I placed quite a large order of Christmas presents, didn't hear anything for 4 days regarding despatch etc, I eventually received an email with what I hoped to be despatch info and instead it just stated I was getting a refund for every one of the items I had ordered. I rang the number on Google which is for one of the stores(I think) the girl I spoke to was helpful but couldn't give me much info other than the items hadn't been received from their supplier. I now don't have time to order those presents from somewhere else in time to send to people for Christmas. Not impressed. A business shouldn't sell stock if doesn't have it!

Dec 14,2020I ordered an enamel mug as a gift. It arrived in good time and was well wrapped. It was a good size and being enamel should prove handy for working in the shed/workshop.

Dec 14,2020Great shop, huge range of different beautiful items. Pleasant communication, quick shipping to Germany - even in December 2020! We've been there several times, too. And the stuff is very friendly, handles the corona restrictions very circumspect. We're very happy customers! :-)

Dec 14,2020Good quality bobble hat, given as a present to my 13 year old nephew and he really liked it. Delivery was a bit slower than I thought it would be but can't complain as it might have been affected by the pandemic.

Dec 14,2020i received no notification for delayed dispatch of purchased items , when i phoned up was on hold for twenty minutes and was told that goods were "in the warehouse " and was told i would receive a phone call later that day advising of dispatch date , i didn't receive a call and had to phone the following day , waiting a further 20 or so minutes on hold before being advised again that goods were "still in the warehouse " but should be dispatched by the end of the week. Good products but poor communication

Dec 14,2020My Girlfriend was struggling to find a present for my Mother for Christmas and we happened upon the Tartan Weaving Mill website. My Mother is obsessed with everything "Harry Potter" and we saw a mug on there that she had expressed interest in the past. We placed the order and we had a thank you email sent almost immediately. The order was sent out straight away and we recieved it 2 days later. Packaged carefully as to not damage the mug! Would definitely recommened this shop 👍

Dec 14,2020I purchased 3 lambswool scarves from The Tartan Weaving mill as Christmas gifts. They are such a friendly, helpful company to do business with. The scarves are lovely, light in weight and beautifully soft wool, they came nicely wrapped in tissue paper. I asked to change one of the scarves (it was darker than I expected) the company couldn’t have been more helpful & exchanged it for a different colour. I feel sure the recipients will love the scarves & I am happy to recommend!

I’d looked at the same design on various sites which were all wool/mix, then I came across The Tartan Weaving Mill who supply what I consider to be a ‘genuine’ article. The quality is exceptional, the colours perfect - that only 100% wool can provide. I will definitely purchase more as my decor evolves.
