Aug 02,2024This company is a scam, I hired them , after paying them a total of 8,000 dollars to help me with taxes that i had owed the Irs, when it was all over i ended up owing much more taxes that what i started off with, they did absolutely nothing for , except took my hard earned money, which i received nothing in return, be aware.

Aug 01,2024My case is on-going, I have sent in all documents. Leslie Sanchez, my case manager has been super communicative and supportive. I received a call today from one of the Taxrise representatives advising me on the updates. He was also very helpful and pleasant to deal with. So far, 5*.

Jul 31,2024My case is on going but my case manager Karla Avila is super sweet and informative. She always goes above and beyond to explain everything to me and make sure I understand all my case. If there is a delay from my side, she always reaches out and stays on top of things which gives me peace of mind. With everything else going on its its nice to not have to worry about my case knowing she will handle things and get me the best options to resolve. 100% recommended taxrise.

Jul 31,2024My installment agreement is higher than I was quoted. This company makes promises that they cannot keep..somehow my tax liability went up by 2000.00 and I've been trying to reach them to find out why. I thought the negotiation would have been better than what I received. A bit disappointed that I paid 1800.00 for something that basically I could probably negotiated my self with some research.
