But when Rahima Shah began working my tax case and she made me fill comfortable in her approach to my concerns. She was very knowledgeable of my case and was willing to have the conversations I needed. Rahima explained everything to me with full transparency. She took the time to listen and help me regain trust in Taxrise. She had the task of trying to make things right with me after I had a bad customer service experience. Rahima did an awesome job! Jul 18,2024So far so good my case manager Lauren seemed to be very professional, compassionate and helpful. She put my anxiety at ease, because this is the first time I’ve had an issue with the IRS. I feel more confident that I’m in good hands. Also the customer service guy Albert seemed to be understanding and helpful in understanding why I was calling. I give Tax Rise a 5-Star review. Jul 17,2024So far it been an easy going, but I have just started. The process has left me without worries at this time, when I received a letter from IRS it said I owed 48 thousand dollars. That a lien was going to be put on my home. I was sick to my stomach. But than Tax rise reviewed my 2016 tax’s which I thought where sent in 2016 by a CPA company who I paid to do my taxes. I owed 250,000 back taxes and never knew I guess Covid slowed that down. But now I have tax rise to help me. God bless America
