Jun 19,2024I noticed most all 4 and 5 star reviews of people beginning the process and I did not see any 4 or 5 star reviews from customers who have completed this expensive process. Now look at the 1 star reviews they are almost all from customers who've completed the process and are not happy. This worries me greatly. So far I only have 2 complaints 1) after paying taxrise completely what I owed them I've asked them to send me all my payment receipts in an email. Nothing and I've requested this on at least 3 different occasions. Always promised to send them but I've still never received them. 2) before they can negotiate with the IRS 2022 and 2023 taxes needed filed . I paid them to do 2022 and was going to take care of 2023 myself. So I supplied all documents needed to do 2022 and paid them in February of this year. Here it is the middle of June and I find out today that they still haven't done them. Come on man. That's not cool. I pray that the thousands I've paid them gets good results but I'm very skeptical. Ugh!

Jun 19,2024I’m still waiting to see some sort of resolution. I’m not completely satisfied with their service, but the representative I spoke to today was very good. Let’s just hope that this new phase of this effort is coming to a close soon. It was not cheap.

After signing up, we had some misunderstandings with original terms of our agreement with them and how the IRS handles interest. Omar was able to correct the situation in a professional and amiable manner and save our trust and faith in the company.

Jun 15,2024DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY CHARGED ME 5k TO START MY CASE AND AFTER AN ENTIRE YEAR I STILL OWE THE SAME TAX BILL THAT I HAD BEFORE THEY EVEN STARTED WORKING WITH ME. SO BASICALLY I PAID TAX RISE 5k FOR NOTHING! VERY DISGUSTING IN MY OPINION.

I was extremely stressed trying to work with the IRS for three weeks with no returned calls and lots of effort on my part with no avail. Working with Taxrise was easy and smooth. They listened without judgment and provided a really good solution. At one point I wasn’t satisfied with the resolution they got for me and they heard me out and Raul was able to rework my original tax resolution to something that would fit my needs and met the requirements of the IRS. Now I’m feeling resolved and less stressed out. I would highly recommend Taxrise for family and friends who need help with their IRS resolutions.”
