Apr 08,2024Extremely poor execution of the tax process. Documents were lost, communication on next steps was lacking and I was handed off to 4 different case managers. I was promised a certain resolution and it never happened.

Apr 04,2024This company haven't not done anything to help my case, every time I called, it was always something different with my case. The only thing they were concerned about is collecting money of 2500.00, which I've paid more then half of that just for them to promise to work towards getting my balance reduced being that my income is limited. The last person I spoke to clearly told me that the IRS is still going to get the money that's owed. I stated to him that if that's the case why am I paying y'all for a service/ people that's not working for me, but is continuing to collect money from me. This company is a whole joke and I wouldn't refer them to anyone. If someone is having this kind of problem, please go elsewhere do not use this company,they are scamming people and refuse to give me back my money. After I called several times and I also requested documents stating what they have sent to the IRS and they want present it. They keep lying about sending it to me and it's really sad to take people's money and lie to them about a service they never intended on providing to a person smdh.

Apr 04,2024Was not really please with taxrise. Did not feel it was helpful because it would have taken six plus years also it was guarantee. I don't want and problems with the IRS or State never had to deal with this situation ever before I needed insurance but based on up front fees and additional fees and 72 months was not helpful to me it add up almost the same or more and possible many paperwork could be required. As an senior citizen I needed something more simple to much cause me anxiety.

Apr 04,2024I was a victim of a scam in 2022. I lost over $400K in the process. I owed taxes and got a notice from the IRS in Dec demanding $84K. Hunter VanderZwaag was extremely efficient and reassuring. He let me know that I was not the only one finding themselves in dire tax situations. He walked me through every step and never made me feel devalued! He got me through this disaster! I thank God for his help! Taxrise was wonderful!!

Apr 04,2024The representative was kind and resolved my issue with automated texts and checked that nothing more was needed in the portal and she even deleted the unnecessary items so that I don’t receive this text again asking for more documents.

Apr 03,2024This is one of those scam companies that doesn't actually provide any service. After initially engaging them for tax relief services I immediately saw the scam, that they don't actually provide any service at all! They'll talk early on about what they can settle or get you into for a monthly payment but then no execution on that plan (just taking your money).

He put me on a very brief hold and confirmed with his direct manager. Michael was very nice, easy to talk to, easy to understand. Very proficient and professional experience.

Mar 27,2024After talking to Taxrise I paid 500.00 for information that I already knew then they told me they would have to charge me 9000.00 to help with my case. I signed but after thinking I called the same day to cancel because this is robbery. I also asked for my 500.00 back which they refuse and I will still be fighting for this money to get back. They are scam artist and frauds stay away! You’re better off calling the IRS yourself. I will still continue to fight to get my money back because they didn’t really invest nothing that I didn’t know. If I could give this company a 0 I would. They also kept trying to pursuit me to stay when I clearly stated I wasn’t interested, very unprofessional
