Feb 24,2024If I could leave a 0 star I would...Not transparent on a thing they do. I had the pleasure of having Jamie. At first that sweet little voice will suck you in and then she will start lying about everything. They took my $375 saying it was a processing fee. Now they keep goi g into my bank account trying g to get $800. The worst people I've dealt with in human history. Don't waste your time. Oh, and by the way you'll have to keep calling g them for anything. Definitely not consistent. Terrible at its best.

Feb 24,2024After months of having difficulty sending documents William taught me how to send them thru Gmail in just minutes. If I could I would give him a 10 star rating. He did a fantastic job, had patience with me and my documents got thru. Couldn't ask for better than that.

Mar 05,2024DO NOT USE! SCAM! I am currently working hard to get my money back after being lied to and told false information. As time goes on the truth of their operation is unfolding. I was told no interest payments to the IRS which is false and I was refunded $570 for that lie. Now I am fighting for a full refund after being given a fraud installment agreement that the IRS themselves do not have in their system. I am still at risk for levy of my bank/wages because they did not include a critical year in my installment agreement. I have had to do more work to try and get information than they have done all together. And they happily closed my case with all this still going on and of course are taking my $2,700 with no return phone calls. What a nightmare. Don’t use them unless you like throwing your money away and dealing with endless “we will return your call in 48-72 hours” responses to everything.
