I can't thank them enough. Vincente Washington was very helpful and patient with walking me through the information gathering and transferring process. Mar 05,2024what they did for me I could of done myself, I was paying a lesser installment and now I'm paying more, the money they got from me was almost 5,000 and I still owe IRS and nothing resolved, the only thing resolved is that I'm paying IRS more and I'm out of all that money that I over drafted my account to pay them, my understanding was I wasn't going to owe the IRS, I ask them several times they kept saying that and now I'm struggling more now than I did before I called them, I advise you to seek another tax agency, I feel robbed, I'm going to see if I can get some of my money back or all of it because I just don't understand, I'm really hurt, good luck, I hope you have better luck than me, I'm going to seek help because this was just wrong, they took advantage of me and they no it, its started on the 18 of Sept. and Feb. 2024 they called me saying they got good news, really, that it was resolved and I will be getting a letter of the installment plan from them and the IRS and they will be revoking they're Power of Attorney with the IRS, whatever that means.

Mar 05,2024Taxrise was thorough, honest and patient as I navigated personal issues at the same time as I navigated tax issues. Ani Tapia was extremely pleasant and helpful throughout the process. Most importantly, when I found a better way to settle my bill (I came into some cash), Ani maintained that some professionalism as I cancelled the contract. The true indicator of a company and their representative is when they are told they are no longer needed.
