I have no other option but to leave a review... year ago now I purchased a motherboard through Amazon who was selling the part from company called TechNextDay...my motherboard then stopped working and as under warranty I had to return it by contacting this seller. My motherboard was returned beginning of February and now over a month later and 3 emails asking for update I got nothing. No need to say Im angry, frustrated and willing to raise this issue further as my business relies on my tech equipment
Bought a b550i motherboard brand new. Delivered on time, better prices than most retailers.
Placed a large value order on 01/03/25 and paid for next day delivery, the email confirm delivery to be made by 04/03/25 at the latest. Sunday the website has been down ever since, no one is answering the phone or answering the emails, sent to two different email addresses, one being the customer service email and another being the sales email where an auto response says this email address isn’t monitored and to raise a ticket, how can we raise a ticket when the website is down?? Giving it until 07/03/25 before requesting a charge back on my card. Edit: see below comment. Thank you tech next day for actioning the issue so quickly.

Terrible Experience Ordered and paid £139.35 for a motherboard. Received an email saying Sorry, your order was unsuccessful. Unfortunately, we couldn't complete your order due to an issue with your payment method. 3D Secure Scheme. Ordered again using another payment method which was successful and the order was fulfilled. Can't fault them on this. However the first payment still went out of my account so I paid twice. It wasn't on hold by my bank, they received payment. Waited 8; days and still no refund. Tried emailing them and got an automated reply saying.Thank you for your email inquiry. We are very sorry to say this email address is not monitored. I had to open a support ticket. Got a reply saying the refund didn't process properly so issued it again. No apology. The refund reason they gave was customer cancelled order. Complete rubbish. 11 days to get my money back. Would not recommend or use again.

Disgraceful service, purchased a laptop via eBay. The laptop was faulty and the logo partially fell off one day after purchase. It was bought as a Xmas present and my daughter barely touched it as it kept shutting down. Upon return to technext day they withheld £119 as they say " it wasn't returned in the same condition" this was no fault of mine, they sold me a faulty laptop! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE"
Bought DDR5 RAM from them, 2 years later it's faulty, I sent an email to support and they told me to deal with the manufacturer RMA process directly. Do not deal with this company.
