I ordered on Friday and received my parcel today (Monday) from a very pleasant dpd courier who phoned me to find out my precise location, which is a little bit confusing. Excellent value for money for the product, great service, will definitely use again.

Took a risk on ordering from here but would not recommend. Firstly, the wrong product was received; I could forgive that as it looked very similar to the correct product, but still annoying. They weren't willing to send out the correct version until the original was received, again somewhat understandable but annoying as it was a present. The courier then failed to deliver the replacement for over a week, not exactly next day. Obviously this was not Technextday's fault, however I received very poor customer service - had to chase up to get any update, they never bothered to ask the courier, no apology received at any point, didn't send out a replacement. Eventually after never receiving the product, I received a refund, which I promptly used to buy the product from another merchant - which did arrive next day! Not recommended at all!

Free UK delivery emblazoned all over their website and on the emails they send you so CPU with discount at basket, pricing all confirmed al good, click to pay, payment goes through wham! £41 delivery charge WTH!. I had a super king bed and mattress delivered for £5!. Try to cancel order...no chance, you have to raise a ticket, which I did immediately. Funnily enough ticket was only answered 20 hrs later just after they just dropped the dispatched email. As expected answer to ticket is that item is now dispatched so all you can do is return if not happy. Please learn by others and avoid like the plague. With I had just went to a reputable large seller like Amazon.

Ordered a Motherboard on 13th, explained I needed it next day, promised it would be posted the same day esp as I ordered it in the morning. Item was posted the day after, 14th for delivery before 6pm on the 15th when other options were also available. Blames courier service. TechNextDay should mean just that! My order previous to this also took 3 days to arrive. Decent prices but if you need it quick, forget it!

First (and most likely last) time ordered something from them. After a 1-2 months my motherboard failed so contacted them and send it back. Received very little information and had to nag them constantly for updates either calling or emailing. Been told that motherboard might travel through three different branches of manufacturer before I can have it back. No approx time with time ticking taking my warranty period. Sent official complaint which seems to be ignored. Reading other reviews I see that’s the way they treat their customers.

Do not buy from TechNextDay! This is not a legitimate business. Their customer service is pretty much non-existent and *all* positive reviews on their website are absolutely FAKE. A scamming tactic they use to make sure you cannot get your money back is to cancel your credit card payment and request a bank transfer. Do not fall for this! This is a common tactic used to make sure you cannot do a chargeback. I fell for it, don't be me! You have been warned

I bought from Technextday 3 times so far. All items have been delivered on time or earlier. I received the invoice for 2no items the following day. After 5 weeks I still do not have the invoice for the 3rd item. Technextday, you could have got 5 stars if somebody, anybody will have read and act on my emails.

Fast service and competitive prices, ordered Saturday and it came within the expected time frame. I had DPD deliver the parcels, which is my preferred choice on parcel company. The order came quicker than expected , in 2 deliveries, a day a part from one another, which is fine, as they popped a note in with the first item to let me know that this was just a part delivery. Feedback : when completing an order in multiple deliveries it would be nice if I had an email letting me know this would be the case. I’d taken my PC apart ready to fit the new Motherboard as I was expecting the delivery but that item came the next day, which was a slight inconvenience. Other than that, there’s not a lot to complain about. The whole transaction went smoothly

Ordered a gaming keyboard from them on Wed 8th, arrived via DPD on Thu 9th. As described, much cheaper than anywhere else... great value, great experience. Will use again. On another note, it's disappointing to see that there is at least one negative review left from someone who's never even used them. Only from looking through this site a bit did I decide that it was worth giving them a try because some of the negative reviews looked a little petty

A great experience with everything arriving in great time. My order came in two parts, which surprised me at first as they came at different times, but a note was included explaining that the remainder of the order was coming separately. Even with that said it still came sooner than parts I'd ordered from Amazon and caused less headaches. Highly recommended!

They list and sell items which aren’t in stock and don’t bother telling you until you chase them because it’s missed the delivery date. Massive waste of time

I was hesitant at first because of some bad reviews, but out of all the places I ordered parts from, my psu from TechNextDay came first lol.

Just ordered from TechNextDay. The ordering process was quite smooth, expected delivery date is 3 days from now and depending on the service I will update the review as needed. Update. Delivery came in 2 parts, one the next day and the other the day after, a box was damaged probably in transit but no fault of TechNextDay I'm sure. Overall I can't fault them and would happily order from them again.

Terrible customer service. Ignored my emails, and when they responded they ignored the majority of the content in my emails. With no viable solutions offered to my issues, I decided to submit the return form to get a full refund within 14 days. I recieved no response to the return form, no delivery instructions, no lable to print etc. I emailed them again to tell them it seems my return form did not work. They told me to submit a return form. I did. Still, nothing back. I told them this again - that I was disappointed in their service. They went on to defend their customer service. Will never purchase from this company again if this is how they treat customers.

Just ordered a PSU from these guys via Klarna. Like another customer my order was rejected but in Technextday's defence they did say it could be because of the use of a one time card (which I HAD used) The red flag for me was the invite to pay by bank transfer. I've been in this position before with another company and got ripped off as there is no protection for bank transfers. They may be legit as Klarna say's the payment was cancelled but I would advise against bank transfers with ANY company and stick to a payment method where you have protection.

I build Gaming PC's as a small business. But after reading some of the reviews here I don't think I will use this company to supply my parts. Their customer service looks terrible. Edit: And now I get a nasty response from them. If you didn't have such bad customer service reviews then it would be ok but you do and so you deserve negative reviews.

Very suspicious. Shortly after ordering I received an email saying my debit card had failed 'extra security checks' which were part of their '3D secure scheme'. They suggested I could try to pay again using a bank transfer to ' Channel Management Solutions Ltd.' I wouldn't risk buying anything from them...seems like a scam waiting to happen.
