Oct 27,2012After purchasing an Intel G2120 processor for a budget gaming PC build from another company who were unable to fulfill the order (three guesses) I turned to TechNextDay to attempt to minimise the disruption to my project. I ordered late on Wednesday 17th October and paid for the 3 working day delivery option. The processor was in my hands and in my PC by the afternoon of Friday 19th October. Absolutely delighted with the service and the guy I spoke to on the telephone was as courteous and professional as anything too. Will definitely be using again and only hope that companies like this one triumph over those who sell cheaply but don't deliver.

Oct 23,2012Very fast response - items as described but arrived in box far too big and with not enough packaging around it. HDs in a box inside the box just floating loose inside that inner box. Quite heavy 4 bay NAS sliding around all over the shop inside the outer carton. Contents ok, so no harm done ostensibly, although prefer HDs not to have such a rough ride.

Oct 22,2012I did have some trouble with the company not dispatching my order on time, and then an excuse as to why it wasn't going to reach me, yet they hadn't even dispatched it yet. Then I did have trouble with not receiving a refund for a few days. But the price i paid for my item was exceptional, cheaper than lots of other places. I had quick response times to my queries and it was all sorted out within a week. I would recommend the company but only for its prices. And I would urge you if ordering for next day delivery to do it in the morning not before the supposed cut of time. (4pm) This is not a negative review just me voicing my experience

Oct 20,2012This is the first time i have dealt with this website and i can honestly say i couldnt fault them.I purchased a Z11 pc case,paid for it and wow 2 days later there it was in my hands.Great quality and a very reasonable price. Overall i would not hesitate to order again,great service and quality of item which is what i look for in a website.

Oct 20,2012I was recommended the site as offering the best prices. I checked the reviews, two or three of which werent good, but the majority of which were very good, and I bought my laptop feeling confident. The site was offering me the best price available and I took the next working day delivery option. I was kept informed of the progress of my order and it was delivered not long after my office opened on the following working day as promised. My only "gripe" was that I was given a tracking number but not the name of the company delivering it. It had however arrived before I could make an issue of this. All in all Im most impressed and will look to buy from this site first in future.

Oct 19,2012When I placed the order it said I should receive the goods within 7 working days, much longer than their name leads you to believe. It also said I would receive an email when my item was being dispatched. After 5 days no email so I contacted them to see why it hadn't even been dispatched yet only to be told the order is fine and you will be sent an email when it is dispatched - no real helpful information there! 2 days later item arrived but no email! Slow with poor communications. Just as well the price was excellent.

Oct 19,2012I ordered some RAM from here as the price was the best. I was a little uneasy about paying by bank transfer, but did it anyway. My worries were unfounded. My order was sent when they said it would be, and I liked the email updates advising me on the state of my order. All in all, I would recommend this company to others and I'm looking forward to a similar service when I order more parts in the coming weeks. I really hope TechNext Day will maintain this great benchmark!
