I've been waiting a week for a part to be dispatched despite it being 'next day', still awaiting, ignoring all my messages. I've lost income because of this and they haven't had the decency to even cancel my order.

Postage was also free, which was really good and sometimes makes the difference between buying something and not buying it. All in all, a pleasant experience shopping with TechNextDay and would recommend them, especially if you need something quickly; they really lived up to their name, at least on this occasion.
