Bought on thurs delivered on sat, BRILLIANT.
Good speedy service
Had 2 expensive orders and had no issue with them. Had issue with DPD driver but this isn't company's fault
Absolutely appalling service. No one picks up the phones & I am still waiting for an order I placed on 8th September 2023 on 25th September 2023. I have left messages & even tried to find the owner but this is hopeless. Not recommended it's a scam. My Shipment #100004753 Order #14563936125 not sure why you cannot find it.
I'm happy to say that my experience has been good buying from this company. Over the last six months I have received two orders for great value computer hardware. Firstly I ordered a high end graphics card via their eBay store - shipping communication was good and it arrived quickly, working great and without issue. My second order was made on the TechNextDay website and I was similarly impressed by the shipping experience. I ordered a AIO CPU water cooler and a motherboard - unfortunately I made a compatibility mistake with the motherboard, I did not install or remove any packaging and was refunded quickly and fully once it was returned. Overall my experience has been excellent and I won't hesitate to order from TechNextDay again.
Bunch of pirates Wish I had read the reviews before I trusted them with my money They have tested item found the fault and are refusing to replace refund or mend Also want another £20 to return the faulty item back to me
Purchased a 2TB M2SSD recently for the first time from TechNextDay that was on offer and the delivery time was great. Website was really good too, but could possibly do a with a section on a link to the manufacturer's website for the installation instructions as you only get a QR code on the box. But can't fault the service and delivery time. Many thanks and will definitely use again.
I ordered a power supply which was delivered the next day. I had inadvertently ordered the wrong part. I returned it to Technextday and they issued a full refund. First class service from start to finish. Will definitely use them again.
Sent faulty Gigabyte Z790 UD AX motherboard. Refuses to collect at their cost when it is the Company at fault. Charges you nearly 20GBP for testing/inspection of returned items. Apparently makes up excuses and allegedly deliberately damages faulty items to accuse the buyer of miss use so they do not have to refund even when that is proved NOT to be case. Make sure you take photos of any items sent back and the packaging to prove item is properly protected from transit damage. They insist that any item sent back is insured so they do not loose out, that adds to the buyer's cost of returning an item. Yet they send out items UNPROTECTED in DPD plastic transit bag. Example of dual standards that are indactive of a scam company, IMHO. Seem TechNextDay are just box shifters, do not care about the customers and all they want to do is to retain your money come what may. Even charge a 20% restocking fee for returned goods on top of a 20GBP testing an inspection fee for returned goods. I think/believe they even resell returned faulty items as brand new. NOT FAIR nor REASONABLE business practice IMHO! They alledgedly infringe your consumer Statuatory Rights and try to enforce illegal Terms and Conditions. Are you aware that under the Credit Card Act you are entiled to make the company pay your costs in dealing with such issues. Lookup Section 2, Para 2 of the Credit Card act and make the company pay! It about time customers taught this company a few lessons and fight back by landing them with your costs in time in dealing with company. Invoice them your costs and watch the company squel. Follow up with small claims court and Make a Section 75 claim on your credit card/payment provider. it is about time this company is put out of business for good. In my experience they CANNOT be trusted. Considering I am highly qualified time served engineer they do not even believe my assessment even when their so called engineers allegedly do not match my knowledge, qualifications or experience. Even when photos sent justify my assessment. I think you would be better NOT to buy anthing from this company. My advice is to stay away and support only reputable companies who actaully care for their customers who deal deal with complaints fairly.
My motherboard had very strange issues about a year after purchase. got stuck in a boot loop tested all other components so i know it is the motherboard. i returned the motherboard to them for testing and rma, they then sent it to gigabyte for testing and repair. my issue is that once i received the board back they have no idea of what happened to the board at gigabyte. when asked they said "Hi, we do not get told what they have done, we get informed when the board is on the way back to us" and my ticket was quickly closed before i could reply. (seems rude!) my issue is i now have no way of testing this board as i upgraded my CPU, and i have no idea if it works... i wish to sell this board and not being able to test if it works is a huge issue as i assumed they would know! (doesn't seem that unreasonable to think!) Edit: written a new message as follows will update when i hear back. "Hi, but the board has defiantly been repaired right? how do i know its not just been sent straight back to me? i am unable to preform testing as i have upgraded my cpu and cannot do testing myself. I appreciate you may not have this information but I need to know this information, as will other customers who RMA with you in the future. can you confirm that its been repaired and not just sent back to me? Many thanks, Niall "
You have to pay for any returns, even if they're unopened.
Cheapest source for what I was buying, delivered quickly.
Delivered faster than amazon
Delivered next day even though their website still showed processing. Highly recommended
Fast delivery, good customer service, good prices!
I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Technextday that I feel compelled to share. I purchased a Gigabyte Z690 AORUS MASTER Intel Socket 1700 DDR5 ATX Motherboard (Order #137954) from them, only to realize that it was incompatible with my PC case upon delivery. Within the legal 14-day cooling-off period, I initiated a return request, hoping for a smooth resolution. Unfortunately, the experience took a turn for the worse. Technextday proposed several deductions from my refund, including a restocking fee, test fee, and potential shipping cost. These fees amounted to a staggering 30-40% of the motherboard's original price. I expressed my concerns about the fairness of these charges, but my concerns were brushed aside. The most frustrating part was my interaction with a person who claimed to be a manager, Mark Walker. His behavior was questionable, to say the least. He initially identified as the manager, but his contradictory statements raised doubts about his authenticity. When I asked for the return process to be paused until I heard back from the actual manager, he responded rudely and declined my request. Despite my repeated requests, I was not able to escalate my case to a legitimate manager for review. The lack of transparency, the disproportionate fees, and the unprofessional conduct of this individual left me deeply disappointed and concerned about their business practices. Given my experience, I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before doing business with Technextday. Their lack of transparency, coupled with excessive fees and unprofessional conduct, create an environment that is far from customer-friendly. As a consumer, I am now seeking advice from consumer protection agencies to protect my rights and interests. I sincerely hope that my review helps others make informed decisions when considering Technextday as a potential retailer.
Ordered a 7900xtx which was delivered on time and the cheapest price for that AIB. All good so far, no complaints. (TND-10 for £10 off)
Well packaged item, arrived well within the expected time. Works flawlessly so no further communications needed.
Good website and very competitive prices plus very quick free deliver. All in all +++++++++

Oct 16,2023I've now had three transactions with Technextday over the course of a month or two. Not only have they had what I want but they've also been the best price. Most of my new PC build has come from them. I've bought a cooler, RAM, GPU, PSU and motherboard. Amazing company who I wish I knew about sooner. I just need a CPU now so will come back after the 14th gen Intel release.
