Literally cannot fault the service. Great communication from start to finish and product rtx 2060 was packed well. I was slightly past the next day cut off but still received next day. Thanks.

Order placed 4/8/19 (a Sunday), confirmed delivery of 6th... By 3:30pm I was worried, so I phoned only for the seller only to be told there had been a mix up and it would now be the 7th! No tracking details were provided until I asked. A days holiday wasted waiting for a parcel that hadn't been sent! They need to change their company name... Typical UK standard customer service I'm afraid.

i imagine there's usually no issues, I ordered a few things from them and had no problem. When one of the RAM cards I ordered was faulty, I contacted them, and initially their responses were quick. I sent it back, at my own expense, which I thought was off to begin with. I then get treated to a week's worth of radio silence before eventually getting a response, wherein they tell me my RAM is out of stock, and I can either get a refund, or an upgrade if I pay the difference. As I ask for details about the upgrade, replies come quickly again. I inform them that I've decided I want the refund, back to silence, over the whole weekend. Probably would have gone longer if I hadn't threatened to go through Paypal. Throughout the whole thing, no apologies for faulty products, no assistance beyond the minimum, no offer to ship out the replacement as a priority, nothing at all to try and make the situation better. It felt like once they had my money, they simply didn't care until there was the potential to squeeze a little more out of me.

Ok, but the ram wasn't marked to allow me to identify and set it up properly. Would recommend logging in and not ordering as a guest so that you can access your order details with them
