Place an order at 3:30pm for a USW 24 PoE and it arrived at 9:05 next morning. Does what it says on the tin!

Awesome, I was a little on edge about this site because of some of the recent reviews, however They were all for nothing. I bought a £140 Motherboard and chose the next day delivery option so I don't know about those who chose free delivery, but it got here promptly and with no fuss. 5/5 Stars

I ordered an Intel CPU on a Sunday, after I had placed the order I realised I had ordered the wrong one. I emailed them to inform them of my mistake. On the Monday morning I rang them. They were aware of my email and were about to ring me. Corrected the order, paid the difference in price and the CPU arrived Tuesday morning before 10.00am. Excellent service.

After multiple voides orders because "they failed to validate cards" - mind you, after the first one I tried difderent cards and copy-pasted my address at the other two attempts - I'm down by £1000 which god knows when I get back and it's been 5 days trying to get a single part for my dead PC.

The order wasn’t processed until the following day and delivery the day after that, so tech in the next few days may be more appropriate. The packaging for my item was insufficient, a tatty box and some odd cardboard ends thrown in, luckily it was ok. I ordered as it was the best price online by a tenner, think I’ll avoid next time though

- Competitive prices. - Good communication from customer service when contacted - Was supposed to be delivered on the Tuesday but when contacted, there had been a mixup at the warehouse. This was sorted and sent out immediately for next day delivery. - Would use the company again

Avoid this company! They are ‘next day’ in name only. Had to chase up several times during the week - there had been a ‘warehouse mix up’ and later my ‘order was on its way but tracking not yet available’. It still hasn’t arrived. The tracking link that was eventually sent said that the parcel had not yet been collected by the courier. When I entered the reference number manually it said the parcel had been successfully delivered in Romania! I’ve asked for a refund which I hope is swift as my patience with them has run dry.

Please do not buy from this business, my experience has been absolutely shocking. I have had my patience tested stupidly, my time wasted and as a customer straight up disrespected. It began when I purchased a i7 9700k processor for my new PC build to replace my suddenly broken editing rig. Firstly, it was the only product not to arrive next day which is ironic considering it was the only company to promise next day delivery. When it finally arrived, it did not work in my system and showed an error code on the motherboard for the CPU debug. I called the company and they explained it sounds like a motherboard fault. I politely obliged and proceeded to send my motherboard to MSI directly for testing which came back as working fine. The next part is disappointing on new levels I have have ever experienced in a company. So, after discovering the motherboard worked fine I requested a refund/replacement on the CPU. They agreed and gave me an address to send it to. The replacement took nearly a week to be sent to me after they received it which was another unneccessary test on my patience. When it finally arrived, it was an already opened box (factory seal broken) with a note saying it had been tested by their technical team. Why a company would open a brand new replacement product to test I have no idea. So of course, I didn't trust it and asked MSI if they could test the CPU for me, to which they agreed to. Without a shock, the replacement was faulty and did not work in any of their testing boards. MSI proceeded to ask where I got it and suggested an immediate return and refund for the obviously broken component. This whole process has stretched over a month, all because at the start they suggested it was a motherboard issue when it was not. To this date, they are refusing to issue a refund, even suggesting they can "test it" again when MSI, a much larger and reputable company has already done so. Another note to add, they want to charge me £25 as a testing fee on top of this. I am livid. Apologies for the long post, but I didn't want to miss any details to ensure everyone is aware of this pathetic level of customer service.

After reading the reviews I was nervous, especially as I was buying an expensive graphics card, but they were the only place with the item in stock and at a sensible price. I ordered on the Sunday and the package arrived Tuesday, a day earlier than the latest date quoted. Item was as described and well packaged. I had emailed to get tracking details and it did take a couple of days to get a reply. Other than this, In this instance, all went well and I have no complaints. It’s definitely not a scam site.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency early on no info attached to email allowing you to track your parcel which takes up additional time and please note TechNextDay a company that openly sells you a product that they know wont get to you next day. I have now been waiting for over a week for my item to arrive and had to go out my way to track it down due to the lack of care from both company and courier ... So after a call with who i expect is the manager at technextday told me that i would receive the parcel on the Wednesday please note this is 4 days after purchase already i said ok no problem can i have some sort of tracking which he did provide me on request. what has really annoyed me is he lied to me on the phone you can clearly see that my parcel was still in Germany !! Its now has been a week and still no sign of parcel although is now in Essex so fingers crossed i will eventually receive it i understand that covid 19 is slowing things down but that is no excuse to feed your customers false and inaccurate information ... Seems this company is just a middleman and hardly stock parts so please be aware of this before ordering ladies and gents as i wish i ordered elsewhere the only reason i used technextday was to get the component quickly well lesson learned.

Great service and got a great deal on a new GPU. Order came as expected and on time. When I had a query with the order the service team got back to me straight away.

Did not arrive next day but given the current pandemic I'm OK with that. They did respond to my email, so I can't complain, Packaging of item ordered did arrive damaged but item inside was OK and I guess that's down to the courier journey.

After looking and looking a lot of times on eBay, Amazon, Google, other companies and sites for hardware for some PC builds, I was not so happy because everything you buy out there, you’ll wait a long time to get it, till I’ve found “technextday” I needed a graphic card, I had it next day, I needed a new PC case, I had it next day, I needed a CPU water cooling, I had it next day, I needed a new PSU, I had it next day! Of course I will need more things in the future and I’ve found the way to have it faster! They have really good products and so far I’m happy about all the things they sent carefully to me! I appreciate “technextday” team! Thank you, guys!

The keyboard I purchased arrived when it said it would, well packaged. Price was competitive with other outlets which would have taken weeks to arrive. Very pleased.
