Nov 23,2024Thank you to Sami a very experienced and qualified representative off this company . From start to finish off my booking he was very helpful. He even made it so much easy with the transfers and helped giving me the best option in changing my Standard room to a family room for the comfort of my children to have. Even after closing time he was on the phone to me making sure I was happy with booking and making sure everything is in order with all passport names dob and my requirements I needed for the holiday. I was recommended by my family to use this company as they even made their holiday 5stars from start to end when they went. And can honestly say this was the best company to deal with anything we need for the future holiday. I will always book with this company and will recommend them to others Thank u very much sami and thanks for the birthday wishes in advance to my wife as soon as u found out her birthday was in 2 days. And yet still u made recommendations to the hotel for when we get there for my birthday thanks and much respect. Once again if u ever need a pleasant booking a fast booking and a perfect booking I recommend Sami to u all. Respect ✊

Nov 23,2024I’d like to give a big thank you to Andy in customer services at Teletext, after several phone calls to Sun Express who left all there passengers stranded in Gatwick airport today with no updates via email or via Sun Express App. There was a security incident and Sun Express have shown no customer service integrity to treat their customers the way they have today. Andy was very helpful and did all he could and beyond to get answers from Sun Express to help me obtain a new flight. Which took 10 hours today. I will be making a formal compliant to Sun Express. Thanks again Andy for all your help and commitment today. Best regards Mr G.

Zane helped me to handle the post booking process like making the balance payments, getting vouchers for my hotel, transit and he guided me throughout process making me prepare for holidays
