Nov 16,2024Sami was great catered everything to our needs and took in to account I had a small child traveling and tried to make my travels as simple as possible. He tried to make my mums birthday special and ensure everything we needed. We received the best price as was a lot more expensive when I was looking by myself.

Nov 14,2024I booked a holiday last night through Teletext holiday, I have been searching for a 7-day break in Egypt for a few days then it just came into my mind that a few years ago I had booked with Teletext holiday and it was seamless without any trouble. I called the number which was provided on the website and spoke to Dacey who helped me build the package according to my requirements. I paid the deposit and it was confirmed later but not receive the full itinerary until the next day. I received an email the next day when Read the email I noticed that one of the passengers name wasn't correct. I called the number again and this time I spoke to VJ who listened to my concern and assured me that he would resolve the issue after speaking to the airline and call me back which he did once it was corrected. VJ had excellent communication skills and great knowledge. I have raised one other issue which he promised to get it resolved. Thank you, Dacy and VJ who took prompt action and resolved my issue. great work and brilliant service from both of you.

Nov 14,2024I recently booked a holiday through Teletext holidays, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Bruce was extremely helpful and dedicated. He discussed my preferences and budget, and found the perfect deal for us. The booking process was quite straightforward, and Bruce explained all the details, including flight timings, hotel reservations thoroughly, He also provided me with some alternate flights timings and made a package according to my request. I mentioned Bruce that this trip is for our anniversary so he requested a cake for us with the hotel on our arrival. Which was very thoughtful of him. Overall, I had a good experience booking my holiday with teletext.

Nov 13,2024The actual holiday experience was not good to put things mildly. I am disabled and my sixteen year old granddaughter and I wanted to make some good memories. However the rep that sold this package to teletext was out of his mind if he thought the holiday would suit us. Without going into detail it was scary.However Three very kind and caring gentleman from teletext were there for us Mainly Sonu and Alfred I called straight away and let them know about the inconsistencies in the description of the holiday and the actual holiday and at once these two very kind caring men started the process of bringing us home. My child was extremely upset and cried while I couldn’t access food. We were on the next available flight home and the teletext team have already repaid my losses. Kevin .the manager became involved at that point and was truly horrified to learn of the way this holiday had been missold to teletext. In summary I have nothing but praise for the way this team handled what could have been a bad situation and I believe they won’t be buying holidays from that source again. I fully intend to book a holiday with teletext next year ,secure in the knowledge that should there be any problems at all these gentlemen will fix it for us Thank you again Sonu Alfred. and Kevin from Sophia and Jessica xx
