Started speaking to Teletext and come across amazing sale collegue Mandy. She has been amazing during the whole process for choosing the right place for our family holiday and she so calm and been patience with all my query and in the end we manage to book our 5* holiday with her. I must say she has been so professional entire time and I am glad that I booked with her. I 100% recommend her to deal with as she will definately sort out the best hoilday. You are the best.

Exceptional Value: Mike, the holiday adviser, secured a cancellation deal for £2,540, including luggage and transfers—originally priced at £3,100 on TUI. A huge saving! He also managed to arrange a free room upgrade, which was an amazing bonus. Brilliant Customer Service: I had some follow-up questions and later spoke to Andy, who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He answered everything I needed to know and made sure I was fully informed.
