Absoulate appalling customer service had my flight cancelled so I could not go on holiday on September 30th my flight was cancelled 2 weeks prior to departure date so I contacted teletext holidays after getting through to an advisor they didn't even believe me I have since sent flight cancellation details and still don't believe me I have phoned every day being on hold for nearly 40 minutes and had phone put down on me when I eventually get through they give you number for refunds team which they tell you someone will pick up but it doesn't even exist coz it just cuts off I am owed £1299.78 and I am now going to slate this company on every thing that I possibly can and I am now off to citizens advice I am not letting this drop don't know how the lying robbers are getting away with this DO NOT USE TELETEXT HOLIDAYS EVER AND BANKRUPT THIS COMPANY!!!!
Impossible to communicate with. Our holiday to Marrakech was cancelled due to Covid and when you submit the form there is no acknowlegement/email. Cannot get through on phone or "chat" bot. Have received email from Easyjet a week ago confirming they have refunded the flights to TT holidays
Booked in faith a holiday with this shower of con people 8 months ago after 3 nights all inclusive, was told to leave the hotel as teletext never paid our bill! 7th night at the airport, the refund I have been promised twice to be repaid in 48 hours has not materialised! Bored hungry and very cheesed off. Will keep review readers updated to my plight
Still no refund for my elderly parents Covid cancelled holiday which should have happened in March 2020. No reply to any emails that have been sent. Call customer services telephone number and get no answer or on the very seldom occasions you get answer get put on hold for an age until you give up as no one comes back to you! How this organisation is allowed to trade by the regulator I cannot understand. The worst customer service I have experienced in my adult life.

Oct 29,2021Totally disgusted with both Teletext holidays and the CMA. I paid £1,047 in February 2020 to Teletext for a holiday to Turkey in Sept 2020.The holiday was cancelled in July 2020. I have spent hours trying to get a refund both on the phone and sending Emails to no avail. Promises of payment have been many ranging from 90 days to in your bank today and various other dates. It would appear that the CMA are toothless as Teletext are ignoring them by telling them the same lies it has given its customers. I am a 76 year old and do not deserve the stress so I will just hope for the best. This sorry saga has certainly made me realise how very easy it is for some organisations to manipulate the law. What use is the CMA ? Have they got more important issues to deal with? How do you get in touch with the CMA ?
