Nov 12,2024Excellent customer service from a gentleman called sonu he went out his way to make sure we have the best holiday.He made sure everything was right.We booked 10 day holiday to Morrocco he made sure he booked to what we said.We had bit of issue at the hotel but he was there to sort everything out.Thankyou so much sonu for everything

Nov 12,2024I called Telex Holidays to get a price for a holiday. The chap called Ruben was very helpful. The price he quoted was good. He called me back at least three times that day. It was good customer service not bothering me but getting me what I required. I booked my holiday with text Holidays and are still in contact with them.

Nov 12,2024Saved us so much time and money and gave us an amazing holiday that perfectly fitted our specific needs. We wanted all inclusive 2 bed apartment, on a hotel complex next to the sea. It took us ages searching and then Teletext took our specifications and looked for us and did not stop until they found what we were looking for. We had the perfect apartment, upgraded to have the best views with our own private people carrier to drop us off and pick us up. We can’t fault them. Deepti Gupta (Dacey) worked tirelessly over a week until she found us what we were looking for! Thank you Dacey

Nov 11,2024Booked our holiday with teletext holidays. Calvin was so helpful in getting us the best deal. Even managed to get us an upgrade on our room to a dulux suite, thanks Calvin. Even trying to get our flights changed to suit us better, was not a problem for calvin. The whole experience in booking our holiday was a pleasant one, and we felt that nothing was to much trouble. Great service, would definitely book another holiday with teletext holidays. Keep up the good work guys.

He swapped and changed our flights to maximise our time away and looked for the best deal he could find. He was brilliant - thanks so much Sumeer. You've been a star!! There was a great choice on the website, a contact number to call to complete quote details etc etc the Customer service agent I spoke with was excellent, he was clear and concise with all information, and I knew where I stood regarding payment and securing not only the holiday but also the flights. I shall be booking a further holiday to Greece as was so pleased with customer service I received.
