Apr 19,2023I spoke with Alex V because I was unable to get a Wi-Fi connection for several hours. He suggested a couple things to try and when they failed, he determined that the problem could be stemming from a situation on the property where I live. He told me he would call the property office to find out more. The individual he needed to speak with wasn’t available, so he called again later and succeeded in contacting her. He did call me back as promised, and informed me that the problem was what he suspected. It was caused by a situation that needed to be dealt with on the property, which he determined was now resolved. Alex V then navigated me through the settings on my device to get me reconnected. He was very helpful and I appreciate that he was willing to follow through with doing what was necessary in order to get my Wi-Fi reconnected.

May 24,2023We were not able to connect through the normal logon process. I called customer service and was assisted by Vincent. We worked together and he eventually able to enable a work around that allowed us access. Good out of the box thinking.
