I buy from Tennessee Wholesale Nursery frequently. Generally it’s an item I see in their emails to me. The plants are healthy (Though the bare root plants aren’t that impressive to look at)on arrival and most do quite well. Frequently I receive an extra plant or two compared to what I ordered. That makes it hard to fuss about one being small or having sparse roots.

This Nursery is truly amazing. Every Fruit Tree I ordered came as a whip and with in a week they started growing leaf's. I grow a lot of fruit trees and many times you get some that look good but they are really weak and end up not doing well. Theses trees care vigorous and healthy!!! So even from Texas I always watch this Nursery's website for good deals because I know they will send good trees.

The 8 peach trees came, and they looked good but a bit dry. I planted them immediately and watered them daily, but all but two died, and the other two only have a sprout at the base that is alive. I wrote to ask for replacements, but no one responded. This happened last year and was a problem....please make good on this purchase.

Only after I asked for a refund did I finally get shipping information.
I am able to buy some old favorites as well as some new ideas. I've dealt with Tn Nursery for many years when I lived in AL and now in FL. The service is always good and the plants have good livability. I wish that they gave some more info about the plants. I am in a different growing zone and it is difficult to know if it will live here. Suggest adding Zone and maybe ultimate size. Thanks for your great assortment at reasonable prices!
I called and left a message 2-3 times. Also sent an email. Never got a reply. Finally had the opportunity of speak with someone, Amy, this morning. Product hasn’t arrived yet but I’m hoping for early next week.
i called in with a question regarding my purchase and was told someone would get back to me, no one ever did. I made a second purchase and to date have heard nothing about its status.
I guess I got sucked in by a shiny website, which I think is well put together with lots of info on the planting and care of a vast array of trees and shrubs. However, actually shipping my order out when they said they would was a big joke. I planned an out of town trip around the arrival of my bare root trees to make sure I was home for immediate planting. My order didn't arrive until about 2 weeks after the company's supposed arrival date. And that was only after me emailing and calling multiple times until they finally bothered to get back to me. Then part of the order was missing and I honestly don't think they intended to send the rest of the order until I bugged them relentlessly. Customer service sucks!!!!
The plants came bare root as described. They were trimmed and cut and placed into a Manila envelope with dirt on the roots. I was expecting more plant to come with the roots since it had appeared to be more mature in growth. They were delivered to the mailbox as told by the email confirming delivery. I put them in water for an evening and planted the next day. The smallest ones are struggling to take the larger roots are doing alright. It will be more time to tell if they will yield anything.. a year at least.
They insist on charging a return fee when I made the purcash a week ago and they don't plan on shipping it to me for a year. Nothing has been started or planned yet so the return fee is arbitrary and a money grab. The order was for 2024 apparently.
My blueblues was dried up and I sent 2 or 3 messages asking for a refund but all I kept getting was there order Emails. Very unprofessional. ZERO IN MY BOOK
I ordered about 250 plants to complete several well designed landscaped beds around my vacation home. Part of the order was 25 creeping phlox. While all the other plants came in, the creeping phlox was replaced by some other unidentifiable plant. I planted everything else, returned to my main residence and called TN Nursery to report the mistake. I live 4 hours away from the vacation home. Customer service says they can do nothing to correct their mistake unless I take a picture of "the bag" of the plants that were sent incorrectly. I planted over 225 plants in 2 days. The last thing on my mind was taking a picture of that bag before I had to return to my main home from which I contacted customer service. It is quite disappointing that I took time off to go and plant all these plants, not get what I ordered so I was unable to complete the job, then get no help from customer service to correct the company mistake unless I take off work again and drive 4 hours away to take a picture of a bag. Don't know where to go from here.
