Ordered apricot tree but received plum tree. Packaging was very bad, roots were dry wrapped in plastic foil and shredded paper, no moisture whatsoever. Called several times to complain but I could only leave a message. Nobody called back ever. Unreliable and unprofessional. I'll never order anything from them again.
I received this email to review my experience but have not yet received my order (#100232583.) Tracking says the shipping process began on 4-3-23 but still says "label created" with no further progress. Customer service was very helpful when I asked in February when my order would be shipped....but things went downhill from there! Please let me know the status of my order and what needs to be done. Placed an order a while back and the customer service rep. completely ignored the critical notes on my order. Plants arrived dead and when I reached out the rep told me there was nothing they could or would do and I was SOL. Sent multiple requests for assistance eventually receiving no response anymore. I would file a small claims suit in the county if the filing fee wasn't so high.
Long delivery time bishops weed only partially green and so small I am not sure there were 5. I planted any way so far none are growing Yupik’s arrived sprouting , soft and covered with white mold
When I’m not training or driving this is the place that has what I need to keep the home looking and feeling fresh. Me and the misses keep the ranch full during the summer.
Planted, watered twice a day and added fertilizer, still no improvement!
Received 6 bare root loblolly pine trees. Planted in soil. Staked and tied them. Watered them. 2 died within days. 2 more died within 2 weeks. 2 look like they will survive. Unlike last order of 3 sycamore and 3 sweet gum which all are doing well.
Shipped on time and received timely. I appreciated that I received a couple extra of each plant above what I had ordered. I have never ordered bare root plants before so I'll have to see how I do with them.
One shipment in March not received, Order with White Pine died in a couple of months, and 3 holly trees ordered several months ago came looking very brown but properly planted anyway and they are dead .
Wrong plant delivered, tried to contact you, I get a call center rep that knows nothing about plants, I’ve written another email.
I did not receive an emailed receipt of my order. Therefore, when only two of my five ordered plants survived, I had to hunt for some way to communicate the situation. Secondly, The seedlings I received were so young. simply a tiny seed with roots. The price charged does not come close to aligning with competitors considering the size.
