Feb 28,2025Very good customer service! I bought something but I couldn't get it connected. I received an immediate answer and after sending photos, it turned out that I had ordered it for the wrong Tesla model. Sending it back was not profitable. I received the correct product and I only had to pay the shipping costs. And this while it was actually my own fault. They were also very friendly via email.

Feb 19,2025Pessimi. Mi sono state regalate le barre portatutto per model y. Arriva una cinesata confezionata alla bene e meglio con le classiche istruzioni cinesi. Immediatamente si rompe un pezzo in plastica che copre la serratura ma fortunatamente dentro al pacco c’è il doppione, praticamente già sanno che ci saranno problemi…. Gli scrivo per avere spiegazioni ma neanche rispondono. Stare alla larga

Once arrived I discovered that it was not compatible with my Tesla and I contacted them by mail explaining the issue. They replied two days after proposing the refund of the price. Seriousness, kindness and availability to support customers. Recommended.

Feb 14,2025Ordered something small for Christmas, but it took longer than I expected to arrive (thought I had plenty of time). Six weeks later, I inquired if I could return it, and they replied saying unfortunately I'd have to pay return postage and that it would cost more than the item (because there was nothing wrong with the item), but they did offer a 50% refund and I could keep the item. I thought that was very fair and good customer service for sure! I don't know if long shipment time is normal, but be aware of the possibility and order early!

I was then pleased that they also included a small gift as a 'thank you'. The order arrived today all correct. All the dealings were quick and I was made to feel valued. Great customer service!!

Feb 05,2025Be extra careful about purchasing from here. Regarding returns, they will try to convince you it's not worth your time or expense to return and will try to offer you 60% refund just to hold onto the item. I've been dealing with Joe for 10 days now and I still can't get return instructions. At this point, he's wanting me to submit pictures to see if they qualify for a return. They need better pictures, descriptions, and compatibility charts if they're going to make you jump through so many hoops to initiate a return. He's even withholding the return address. I'm assuming he's delaying long enough just for the return window to pass.

Feb 28,2025First time buying from Teslaunch...but not the last! Ordered--for my 2024 M3P--the full set of floor mats (six pieces) after reviewing similar offers from various Tesla aftermarket stores. Received a couple of weeks later, vacuumed up the car floor and installed. Really good fit, really good design and excellent quality. I'm really happy with the purchase (and it was a very fair price) and highly recommend them.
