Feb 08,2024If I could get this company negative stars, I would. I bought sunshades in Nov 2023 for our Model Y. They were terrible! The shades fell off the window every time the door was opened. I requested a return. They refused to provided shipping. Refused to accept the return. In steady they offered to refund 50%, then 70%, then 80% and allow us to keep their garbage product. We finally agreed to the 80% just to get it over with, and THEN NOTHING. No refund. No more emails. No more nothing. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. Terrible company. Find another vendor for your Tesla accessories. Terrible experience.

Feb 04,2024I ordered an item from Teslaunch which was delivered in good condition and on time. The mistake was on my part in which I ordered an item that did not fit my model Y I raised this with the suppliers they came back with a solution very quickly and the matter was resolved and more importantly a refund was sent. So my experience leaves me with a peace of mind and confidence to order again from Teslaunch

Very pleased with the majority of products that we purchased from them. Where one product failed, they were personable and swift to act upon and resolve the issue. With this trust in place, I will purchase from them again in the future.

Jan 06,2024If you don't want the product in your lifetime then place an order. Bought a Christmas gift November 30th, still have not received it Jan.5th. Thought it was a company from US, but my credit card was immediately charged through PayPal everything in Chinese. I'm done with this...very disappointed.

Dec 19,2023Purchased the 20" rim protector in black. The adhesive on one of the protectors failed after 2 months. Teslaunch would not replace the item. I had no choice but to purchase a replacement. I'm generally pleased with the product (the do the job and look good) and at this point consider the failure to be a "one-off". However, I am extremely disappointed that the company does not stand behind their product.

Feels like it is run by children. bought wiper blades for the M3, they were for a left hand drive version and not reversable when i asked them about t they sent me a video on 'how to change wiper blades' it was a video for a different type (the hook type) so no use at all. they just got more and more sarcastic with their replies. Order was late due to being missed in some office process? no refund available as i had already tried to install them. no VAT receipts either. whaen i asked for a VAT receipt they didn't seem to know what I was talking about. be warned and shop elsewhere!!!

Oct 07,2023I purchased an instrument Cluster, I only got an order number, it's been a week no tracking number yet, an email saying the product got to he tested first, you would think the product would already be tested before this company sells the product, then get an email asking if I lost my debit card,no I haven't called my bank it's no problem, so I just hope I'm not scammed, still no tracking number and I purchased a black car cover and seat cushion,I hope get my products, and I don't have any tracking number for those items, tell probably email saying they need to be tested too, and they take two three days to answer emails and will not answer the phone,the website looks good with Tesla accessories, but be careful do your research and make sure they don't scam you, like the may have scam me.

Sep 04,2023Ordered touch-up paint and tried to cancel 12 hours later after reading a review on this site about the poor quality of the paint. Company stated the order was on the way (which it was not) and I can only send it back for a refund after it arrives and pay the shipping costs. Customers should not buy from this company, as you are basically left with inferior material. Look for a reputable US-based company.

Aug 26,2023DO NOT BUY TOUCH UP PAINT If I could give a negative star review I would. I bought The Tesla Model 3/Y/S/X Color Paint Repair Pen - OEM Original Touch Up Paint Pen × 1 Midnight Silver Metallic (PMNG) It came with no instructions. So I did a Google search to learn how to apply it. The color did not match at all. The scratch looked way better than the mess. I’m left with now.

Jun 22,2023By far my favorite accessory for my Model Y! I went on a 10k+ road trip and camped at some amazing locations in the Tesla. These blackout shades help with the temperature and privacy great! I got the full set so it blocks out all light like a movie theater! Helps me recharge and get right back on the road.

May 18,2023The Retractable Windshield Sun Visor for Tesla Model S/X/3/Y With Suction Cups by Teslaunch is a complete waste of almost $50. It’s flimsy and the suction cups don’t hold up. It also dips on the top and lets sunlight in. Poorly constructed with cheap materials. After a week of use, we threw it in the garbage and bought a much better sun visor from Amazon.
