Jul 14,2024Stay away from!! Do not buy anything here! Sent me the wrong item, I emailed them, they responded within an hour(which says that they are closely monitoring customer feedback), they then ask for pics of the wrong item...and then they ghost me for the following week.

Jul 13,2024Il materiale ordinato, protezione cerchi 19' tesla slipstream, è stato recapitato nel tempo previsto. I profili in alluminio sono di buona qualità così come l'adesivo ed il promotore a corredo. Il colore della verniciatura è precisamente quello argento dei cerchi originali Tesla. Gradita sorpresa il panno in microfibra ricevuto in omaggio. Unico neo l'imballo della spedizione è arrivato parzialmente schiacciato e di conseguenza le protezioni cerchio, anche se ben imballate, presentavano una leggera deformazione, nulla di irreparabile che ne impedisse l'utilizzo, raddrizzate e montate senza problemi.

Jul 11,2024Had an issue with ppf and customer service member Joe helped me out with a reissue of the product that I had made a mistake with. Shipping was pretty long for initial order. Seems most stuff is coming from far overseas no US warehousing sadly.

Jul 10,2024I've recently bought the Rim protectors for my Tesla MYP, they fit perfectly and thr instructions were easy to follow. I ordered the wrong colour and after speaking to them they responded promptly and we came up with a solution that was fair. I would definitely use again!

They made good effect to communicate with their customers and made a good faith to send me a replacement to try install it again. Overall very happy with seller and their product.

Jul 09,2024Great information on the site regarding the product i bought which was hard to find elsewhere. In this case it was a set of rim protectors with a spare included. The product was of good quality and delivered on time. Price was in my local currency and easy to checkout with Apple Pay. My first shopping experience with Teslaunch and will come back again for sure!

Jun 30,2024I ordered hubcaps for a Tesla Model 3 a month ago. They still haven't arrived. They have a fake U.S. address and phone, and don't tell you when you order that it is coming from China, which is fine if they had just would inform people of that BEFORE they ordered it. Apparently, my item is still in China. When I found out it was coming from China and emailed them, they said it would take about 2 weeks, 3 weeks tops. It's been 4 weeks and they still aren't here. I'll write a review on their appearance and strength if I ever get the product.

Jun 27,2024I ordered 2024 Tesla model 3 brake calipers along with model Y Red Uberturbine wheel clip covers and model 3 hubcap covers. The rear brake calipers did not fit. Since June 6th I have had correspondence with Joe from Teslaunch who responded to every request and ultimately sent me a replacement rear brake cover. Joe also ensured their website was updated based on my situation. Apparently Tesla has 2 types of designs for rear brake calipers for the New model 3. Teslaunch did more than I expected and have gained my trust. I will order from them again.

Jun 26,2024Not only are these guys moving some real quality product, and I’ve now purchased a half a dozen things from them, but their customer and service reminds me of the old days with technology they truly will do little things that make a difference most recent example one of my side mirror covers blew off because I improperly installed it and they allowed me to purchase just that one and not the two and shipped it out within two days there’s other examples of outstanding customer service. I encourage you to look closely the next time you need an accessory. Sidenote they also will communicate with you regarding installation. If you’re too lazy to research it yourself couldn’t say enough good stuff about these guys.
