Sep 25,2024Ordered 23 July. Installed 30 August. Managed to install 3 out of 4 wheels, and they looked great. Final wheel protector would not install and I was told that it was due to a different sized Y model wheel in Europe (?!). Was pleased with the 3 protectors until 1 fell off, driving at 20mph yesterday, 23 Sept. So it lasted less than one month. I wouldn't bother and wouldn't recommend, though at least I was able to get a PARTIAL refund. Really disappointing but on the look out for a better product. Fahran

Sep 07,2024Ordered a spoiler, arrived from China and had a little scratch on the carbon fiber, no double sided tape was included in the package. Emailed them several times on resolving the issue and no response. I will be getting with my bank to dispute this purchase. I won’t be doing business with this company anymore.

Sep 03,2024I bought the wheel protecters for my Tesla Y. However, 2 peices of them were lossen and lost. I don't know if it was because I didn't install it properly or because of the quality of the product, but two of them didn't attach properly and one of them was broken. I contacted Teslaunch and they said they would send me two of them with warranty support. I experienced that they have really good service.

Sep 28,2024Had a few hiccups with an order. Not big but was important to me. The customer service peeps here are top notch. Didn't stop until I was happy and the order was as it should've been. I have no reason to shop anyplace else for my tesla accessories.
