Aug 05,2024This company ships from China. Items are all made in China and ship from there. Therefore, it takes much longer to get anything. I purchase something for my Tesla Model S that does not fit on my steering wheel, and am waiting for them to respond about giving me a refund and returning the item; although, not sure how it will work since this co is in China and I am not paying shipping costs for something that did not work as promised back to China. I will update this review if / when they respond to my request. UPDATED 8/27/24 They refunded me, so because they did what they said they were going to do, I adjusted rating from 2 to 4.

I had high expectations for quality. I'm pleased to report that upon opening and examining the items, Teslaunch exceeded my expectations by far. The installation process was clear and easy. If you have any doubts, don't hesitate to reach out to them. They are more than willing to guide you in the right direction. Don't hesitate - give them a try! You won't be disappointed!

Jul 20,2024Teslaunch what a great store I got the dog hammock and we have found this to be brilliant in every way, easy to fit and pack away again , our dogs love it, perfect fit, waterproof, looks really good saves the seats and doors from getting scratched and the pockets are a good idea too. Very happy with purchase.

Jul 20,2024First time buying at Teslaunch. Everything was fine. I wasn't worried because they offer PayPal. (for me, no-PayPal means no-go). I bought touch up paint for the 19" Nova rings of my M3 HL. The color matches very well. I've seen no other seller selling this color outside the US. The order arrived to Spain well packed 15 days after buying. That's a reasonable amount of time for me. My verdict is: RECOMMENDED

Jul 20,2024Took a while to arrive but was a long way! Not real easy to fit but with video and some common sense went on ok. Looks great on and swivels ok. Not much up and down movement but not really a problem. Company is good as is product. No complaints.

Jul 19,2024Good communication I ordered some Tesla roof bars and unfortunately they got delayed due to a problem with the materials. I did have to contact the company to chase it as they didn't contact me first, but once I got in touch, they were quick to reply and gave me an update. They also provided me with a discount for the delay which I was pleased of.

Aug 07,2024A truly wonderful Product that works - I wasn’t sure that the protectors were going to fit - but as long as you follow the instruction properly they are wonderful . And they look superb - not like wheel protectors
