Everyone we dealt with was extremely helpful, polite and friendly and made my elderly parent's move as stress free as was possible. They were astonishingly quick but extremely careful - A huge thank you to Ralph, Chloe, Adam and the rest of the team.

Dec 15,2018From start to finish, the whole process was completely stress free. Before the move, I was given sound advice from Ralph, and knew from then all would be under control. On the day of the move, the team arrived and were amazing! Made me feel so relaxed about the whole situation and helped with any awkward packing I hadn't done. Professional service and very helpful and friendly team. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Dec 08,20182nd time we have used TFM and once again everything was made so easy for us, even when we had to change the date quite late. We were moving out of a 4th floor flat and on the morning the lift broke. I was devastated, but they were really cool about it. Took an extra hour or two and they refused to charge extra (a few bacon rolls helped though). I can't recommend more strongly.

The team that moved us over the 3 days couldn’t have done more for us. I would recommend them to anyone and they are also very competitive. They deliver more than is expected. I was sceptical to begin with, as the solution they suggested due to the location of our property, was new to me and something I felt would be harder to control and possibly more time consuming. The team at TFM assured me it was the right way to go and as they were competitive and knowledgeable I put my trust in them. I am so glad I did, the solution, and management of logistics throughout was perfection. However, what topped this, was the level of service, not just on the move days, but from first point of contact to the very end, nothing was too much trouble and my high expectations were exceeded ten fold. I deal with many companies across many industries and I can hand on heart say this company has got everything spot on - a happy team who are obviously led by an excellent example in the owner. Great work TFM and thanks so much again!!

Nov 07,2018Everyone asked me how our move day was, my answer....... a total breeze!!! The guys (and girls!) at TFM are amazing. From your initial enquiry to the last box taken off the lorry, every step of the process was handled brilliantly. The office team offer great support and advice with preparing for the move, and the actual moving team couldn't have been more efficient. They arrived promptly and got straight to work, a really friendly bunch of people and nothing was too much trouble. I would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone that is considering moving. We did a lot of research but are so glad we trusted our possessions with TFM. Many thanks

Their storage rates are very competitive and although we packed ourselves the guys were helpful, considerate and very solution orientated. We have moved many times and this was the best company we have used by far.

Oct 17,2018I simply cannot fault this company. Everything about them was first rate. My initial enquiry, despite being only a few days prior to the move, was dealt with politely and efficiently and a representative came out to conduct a survey next day. The packing was done carefully and thoroughly on the day before the move and the team arrived early on the following day and had us loaded by 11.30! Highly professional operation overseen by the owner and one of his sons. The price, unlike a competitor firm whose name begins with P was very fair as is the cost of storage. Great firm, excellent service.

Competitive quote, good admin support, very thorough and effective packing and a loading/delivery team that could not have worked harder. There are few companies I would recommend without hesitation. Based on our experience, this would be one of them.
