Oct 19,2024My whole family have been using TFM for over 20 years now and they have helped with several moves of various venues/houses for us all, every single time they have been amazing, they deserve more than 5 stars to be honest, despite the fact the latest move was from Norfolk to Devon it was easily the most seamless transition we have had purely because of TFM.

Oct 17,2024TFM packed the contents of my house in Burnham and 6 months later bought the contents up to Yorkshire. Throughout Ralph was patient and calming around changing dates. Adam and Nick unloaded, reconstructed all furniture. They moved items around in the house if I requested,covered all my new carpets and even found instructions on line for items I was storing to sell. House moving is stressful and the lads were reassuring, patient and professional Throughout.

From the patience of Ralph dealing with my many calls and change of dates to Adam and his team efficiently packing and then transporting to my new property, remaining cheerful and polite despite the long wait for keys, it made the move less stressful. Sep 09,2024We were looking to move an 88-year old from a 6-bedroom house in Maldon to a care home in Worthing, with the residue going to house clearance. From the beginning to the end, TFM were professional, polite and efficient. Couldn't ask for more. Ralph was very helpful getting the quote. Sarah in the office took care of the paperwork seamlessly. Josh and Stas handled the removal itself on the day with utmost care, courtesy and good humour at all times. If I could give a 6th star I would! It pays to use a local, family run firm like TFM where everyone takes pride in their work and delivering the very best service. I could not recommend them more highly.

Aug 23,2024We had a very short time between exchange and completion in which to book a removal company. TFM juggled things to make a lorry available for us, which was a huge relief. They arrived when promised and nearly forty years of stuff was securely packed on the lorry in just a few hours. They were ready at the other end when we arrived with the keys and had started to unpack before I had even got the dogs out of the car. To say this gang were fast is an understatement! We were safely delivered, the only damage being to a garden plant which lost a couple of small branches. I hope we never move again, but if we do I wouldn't hesitate to use this excellent firm again.

Aug 08,2024This is the third time we have used TFM and they are the most professional removal company in our experience in 7 moves. Ralph and Sarah have great attention to detail when handling the administration for the move and the delivery guys are very friendly and experienced and treat your furniture and household items with a great deal of respect and take extreme care to avoid damage to any walls or doors. As with every move that we have used TFM, there was no damage to any item collected or delivered. Our furniture went into the TFM storage compound for 3 months whilst waiting for completion on the house we were purchasing and we had no concerns about the security of our items having used this facility previously. We have made many recommendations to friends over the years to use TFM as they continue to maintain very high standards from start to finish in the move process, taking the worries away from their clients with calming reassurance.
