The Clearance Zone is a family owned business trading from Hull, East Yorkshire. We have four stores across Yorkshire with over 50,000 sqft of showrooms for our customers to shop. Our stores are based in Hull, Bradford, Barnsley and Mexborough. We supply Sofas, Oak Furniture, Bedroom Furniture, Dining Furniture and Garden Furniture in stores and online via our website.
Our huge range of Sofas are displayed in store and are generally available for immediate delivery. They are available in a wide range of colours and fabrics - all available at a fraction of the price vs major retailers. Our selection of clearance Oak Furniture is one of the largest in the region, all of which is available for immediate delivery. Its the same story across our Beds, Mattresses, Bedroom Furniture and Dining Furniture - the majority of items are available for immediate collection or delivery.
Our wide range of Garden Furniture sets us appart from the competition where we have 1000's of items available and 100's on display across our three stores. Each of these sets qualify for FREE DELIVERY, ASSEMBLY AND REMOVAL OF PACKAGING - which is a brilliant service and our drivers receive amazing feedback.

Patient (I’m very indecisive!!), knowledgeable & very helpful, friendly staff. Quick delivery, was given a specific day & a 2 hour time slot, great guys who delivered & unpacked/put sofa feet on, also recommended the matching footstool, which I didn’t realise was available, called the store for me to place an additional order for one. Very happy with the quality of the sofa & chair. Good communication from the staff with delivery times etc. 10/10 would recommend The Clearance Zone to anyone

Absolutely no pressure at any point to buy and worked their magic to get the price down as we were ordering multiple items. They were happy to hold onto "in stock" items until our sofa was made and ready for delivery which made our life much easier. Our furniture was delivered yesterday by Lewis & Damon who were two of the most pleasant and friendly delivery men I've ever met. Quick, professional and efficient. Thank you!!
