The Clearance Zone is a family owned business trading from Hull, East Yorkshire. We have four stores across Yorkshire with over 50,000 sqft of showrooms for our customers to shop. Our stores are based in Hull, Bradford, Barnsley and Mexborough. We supply Sofas, Oak Furniture, Bedroom Furniture, Dining Furniture and Garden Furniture in stores and online via our website.

They are available in a wide range of colours and fabrics - all available at a fraction of the price vs major retailers. Our selection of clearance Oak Furniture is one of the largest in the region, all of which is available for immediate delivery. Its the same story across our Beds, Mattresses, Bedroom Furniture and Dining Furniture - the majority of items are available for immediate collection or delivery.

Oct 12,2024We went in store to look not purchase a sofa, staff were so friendly not pushy, and allowed us to look round. Found the one we wanted 🤣, the purchase process was easy. We were called the day before with a 2 hour delivery slot which was worked around me finishing work at 12pm. The delivery drivers were as lovely as the shop staff. Would highly recommend.

Oct 11,2024From ordering we knew the item we had ordered was a 4 to 6 week delivery. Got a call while we were on holiday so had to wait until we got home. Phoned the day we got home which was Monday and delivery was booked for Tuesday. I had a emergency doctors appointment so missed delivery, rang number they had left and they still delivered the item a couple of hours later. The delivery lads took the large item upstairs where we wanted it, couldn't ask for a better service 100% excellent
