The Clearance Zone is a family owned business trading from Hull, East Yorkshire. We have four stores across Yorkshire with over 50,000 sqft of showrooms for our customers to shop. Our stores are based in Hull, Bradford, Barnsley and Mexborough. We supply Sofas, Oak Furniture, Bedroom Furniture, Dining Furniture and Garden Furniture in stores and online via our website.
Our huge range of Sofas are displayed in store and are generally available for immediate delivery. They are available in a wide range of colours and fabrics - all available at a fraction of the price vs major retailers. Our selection of clearance Oak Furniture is one of the largest in the region, all of which is available for immediate delivery. Its the same story across our Beds, Mattresses, Bedroom Furniture and Dining Furniture - the majority of items are available for immediate collection or delivery.

Oct 09,2024Had my bedroom furniture delivered the two men Pete and Sean were very polite I had put covering over my new carpet I did explain why and they both said they would both have removed their footwear if necessary cleared all packaging away put furniture exactly where I wanted it excellent job highly recommend 😁👍

Oct 05,2024We were wanting to look at different types of sofas. The big popular high street stores didn't have what we were looking for, and we're mostly the same. The Clearance Store had loads more to choose from. We were left to have a look around with no pushy sales person following us, which is what I like. This place had loads of different sofas and sizes, 1 seater 2 etc. The one we chose came in loads of different colours. And the prices were reasonable and cheaper than the high street.

Oct 05,2024We ordered a glass table and chairs which arrived. That one had a slight crack in it so the delivery men contacted their base and informed them about this. The next day I got a phone call to say they had ordered another and when it arrives they will deliver it. They delivered the second one and there was no problems. I was very happy with all the delivery guys who were professional and courteous.

Oct 04,2024We went in store to purchase our settee, staff were so friendly not pushy, and allowed you to look round, unlike bigger named stores. We felt so comfortable and found a beautiful settee, the purchase process was easy and informative. The time frame of 4 weeks we were given for delivery was fulfilled, they also allowed us the choice of delivery date. We were called the day before with a 2 hour delivery slot which they met. The delivery drivers were as lovely as the instore staff. Couldn't be happier with the service provided and the settee is beautiful, comfy and makes our room. Thank you very much, we will be back 😀

Oct 04,2024I went to the store in Hull to look around and they left me to do that and did not follow me around like some of the large furniture stores no one was pushy just a straight forward conversation with the sales person I purchased three sofas I was told it would be 3 to 4 weeks for delivery but they arrived in just over two weeks they were delivered to my home by two very pleasant men all in all a great experience
