The Clearance Zone is a family owned business trading from Hull, East Yorkshire. We have four stores across Yorkshire with over 50,000 sqft of showrooms for our customers to shop. Our stores are based in Hull, Bradford, Barnsley and Mexborough. We supply Sofas, Oak Furniture, Bedroom Furniture, Dining Furniture and Garden Furniture in stores and online via our website.
Our huge range of Sofas are displayed in store and are generally available for immediate delivery. They are available in a wide range of colours and fabrics - all available at a fraction of the price vs major retailers. Our selection of clearance Oak Furniture is one of the largest in the region, all of which is available for immediate delivery. Its the same story across our Beds, Mattresses, Bedroom Furniture and Dining Furniture - the majority of items are available for immediate collection or delivery.
Our wide range of Garden Furniture sets us appart from the competition where we have 1000's of items available and 100's on display across our three stores. Jun 21,2024Really helpful at the Bradford store when choosing furniture, Ajaz let us browse around before asking if needed help with anything. The furniture we purchased had a delay on being delivered but kept us fully up-to-date with approx delivery, when received the delivery date, a time slot was allocated and the guys who delivered Andy and Graham was outstanding in unpacking building and placing furniture in house. We'll done all will definitely recommend and will return in future for more if need be.

Jun 20,2024Lovely affordable furniture, delivered swiftly and built in the garden. The only issue was they built it on my newly stained decking so scratched a lot of the stain off. To be fair I didn’t think to ask them to build it on the grass and think it was because it was only just stained 🤦‍♀️ (Just a tip, ask them not to build on newly stained decking). Easily fixed and overall very happy, thank you.

A quick telephone call and the driver came straight back and sorted it out adding that had they not still been in the area they would have popped back after work to sort it. Very good customer service.
