The Clearance Zone is a family owned business trading from Hull, East Yorkshire. We have four stores across Yorkshire with over 50,000 sqft of showrooms for our customers to shop. Our stores are based in Hull, Bradford, Barnsley and Mexborough. We supply Sofas, Oak Furniture, Bedroom Furniture, Dining Furniture and Garden Furniture in stores and online via our website.
Our huge range of Sofas are displayed in store and are generally available for immediate delivery. They are available in a wide range of colours and fabrics - all available at a fraction of the price vs major retailers. Our selection of clearance Oak Furniture is one of the largest in the region, all of which is available for immediate delivery. Its the same story across our Beds, Mattresses, Bedroom Furniture and Dining Furniture - the majority of items are available for immediate collection or delivery.
Our wide range of Garden Furniture sets us appart from the competition where we have 1000's of items available and 100's on display across our three stores. Each of these sets qualify for FREE DELIVERY, ASSEMBLY AND REMOVAL OF PACKAGING - which is a brilliant service and our drivers receive amazing feedback.

Mar 01,2024The delivery date on the website was 2 months earlier than the actual availability that I have now been given. My account has been charged in full for the item. So I have to wait 2 extra months for something that I have already paid for. I was grateful for the call advising me of this but not impressed with the late delivery and having to pay for something that I do not have. UPDATE - I had a call yesterday from Clearance Warehouse apologising for the inconvenience and offering to postpone payment until delivery. I thought that was excellent customer service and it is heartening to know that they take notice and action on these reviews.

Feb 22,2024I ordered the Shelby sofa's 2 x 2 seaters in January. Amazing service in the Hull store. Product quality is very high. Free delivery is a bonus, with set up cost at £20 and packing is taken away. Shaun and Pete delivered the sofas a week later. They really did a fab job, couldn't de enough to help. Wouldn't buy from anywhere else.

Feb 19,2024What a fantastic experience with The Clearance Zone, ordered a King mattress and a TV unit which was purchased at an amazing price out doing other retailers, both items arrived next day with no hassle, delivery men placed the items into my preferred room and was polite and pleasant, nothing seemed to much work. Overall 5* experience with a 5* service would 100% use again!
