The Clearance Zone is a family owned business trading from Hull, East Yorkshire. We have four stores across Yorkshire with over 50,000 sqft of showrooms for our customers to shop. Our stores are based in Hull, Bradford, Barnsley and Mexborough. We supply Sofas, Oak Furniture, Bedroom Furniture, Dining Furniture and Garden Furniture in stores and online via our website.

Our selection of clearance Oak Furniture is one of the largest in the region, all of which is available for immediate delivery. Jan 09,2024I bought the Vinson leather 3 seater power recliner sofa and two power recliner chairs from The Clearance Zone. I'd actually been looking at the 3 piece suite I purchased for quite a while from other suppliers such as DFS whom had the above mentioned 3 piece suite priced at just short of £4000 (and all other suppliers were pretty much the same price range or slightly less), so I was hanging on until the December/January sales for any available discounts. So, to say I was very pleasantly surprised to discover that The Clearance Zone had exactly the same 3 piece suite in store for less than what the other suppliers were charging for the settee alone, is an understatement - all three items combined where priced at £1799 (DFS wanted £1899 for the sofa alone and £999 for each chair and wouldn't come down on the price because they said they didn't need to, as it was their most popular range), which gives you an idea of its quality. I was served by one of the owners (Jason), whom was really friendly, helpful and patient, answering all of my queries, but I was already sold at that price, saving over 50% (£2000+). - I bought it there and then - paid in full -why wouldn't you! To be very clear to anyone who might think it was discounted due to defects, this 3 piece suite was BRAND NEW, boxed, and in pristine condition when delivered. The service provided and communications throughout the process from all members of staff I dealt with was excellent, and the suite was delivered the very next week on a day of my choosing (other providers were quoting up to 11 weeks). I was given a 1 hour delivery time slot which they adhered to and they also arranged for my old suite to be taken away by another company they work with just prior to my suite arriving ( whom were also cheaper than what the big chain stores charge for disposal) - so a very smooth transition, and even more savings added. The friendly and helpful delivery team unpacked the suite, set it up, and stayed to take the time to show me how all of the tech in the sofa/chairs worked, such as Bluetooth speakers, chargers and power recliner controls, then took all of the packaging away with them. A very positive all around experience - not one thing to criticise at all - these guys have got the customer experience absolutely spot on! On another note, after purchasing the suite, I stayed to have a good look around the store and was amazed at the prices of some very good quality, solid wood bedroom furniture, as well as many other items they had around their large two storey showroom. I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend 'The Clearance Zone' to anyone thinking of splashing out on new furniture.

Jan 20,2024Went in to have a look at the sofas and staff where very helpful and polite, didn't pester us at all and just left us to have a look around, we purchased a corner sofa from them and the quality of it is amazing, sofa arrived within a couple of weeks and they also gave us options on the delivery date.
