The Clearance Zone is a family owned business trading from Hull, East Yorkshire. We have four stores across Yorkshire with over 50,000 sqft of showrooms for our customers to shop. Our stores are based in Hull, Bradford, Barnsley and Mexborough. We supply Sofas, Oak Furniture, Bedroom Furniture, Dining Furniture and Garden Furniture in stores and online via our website.
Our huge range of Sofas are displayed in store and are generally available for immediate delivery. They are available in a wide range of colours and fabrics - all available at a fraction of the price vs major retailers. Our selection of clearance Oak Furniture is one of the largest in the region, all of which is available for immediate delivery. Its the same story across our Beds, Mattresses, Bedroom Furniture and Dining Furniture - the majority of items are available for immediate collection or delivery.

Nov 27,2023Was recommended by a friend about this place as i had not heard of it until she told me. we went to have a look and we wasn't harrassed when we walked in just greeted nicely and was told if we needed anything to give them a shout, we looked around until i found what i wanted and then shouted over to the gentleman named michael who dealt with our purchase easily and friendly, we can really recommend this place to everyone. Not overpriced just lovely quality goods.

The salesman Michael was very helpful not pushy, and the two lads who delivered and assembled the furniture were first class. Thankyou all and I would highly recommend the Clearance zone.

No pushy salesmen but very helpful when we became interested in a particular set. Set purchased and very happy. Excellent price and includes delivery and set up. Also had a quick look at other furniture of which there was a big choice to suit different tastes and reasonable prices. Extremely pleased. Thank you.

We found the exact Garden Furniture Set we wanted at an incredibly low price due to their end of season sale, which also includes delivery. (when we're ready for it). Looking round the Store it was full of really nice Furniture so worth a visit. The shop and staff were spot on.

Aug 15,2023This is one of the best companies we have ever dealt with. We bought most of our furniture for our holiday home from the Hull store. Nothing was too much bother for them and they couldn’t have been more helpful and obliging. The staff are all friendly and helpful. After 8 months we noticed a problem with one of our sofas. Chris quickly got it sorted for us and had a replacement sent out and the faulty one taken away. We were so grateful and impressed with the fantastic customer after sales. I would highly recommend buying from this company as they look after their customers.
